I really liked the apartment, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location, away from the noisy street, with shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The area is safe and quiet. I recommend it!

We were a family of four, and the stay was great for a family. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Kamala Beach. Check-in was smooth, as the manager met us upon arrival during the day. The host communicated well throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was a sink blockage that wasn’t fixed, but overall, we had a good experience. Would recommend!

This place was immaculate. Everything was up to par at lack nothing the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I will definitely be coming back here when I come back to Phuket.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica's house! It was the perfect stay for our family. The spacious layout allowed everyone to feel comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It was a great place for them to play and cool off after a day at the beach. The location is just a short walk away to the beautiful beaches, making it easy for us to enjoy sun and sand whenever we wanted. Erica was a fantastic host, providing everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, we highly recommend Erica's house for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation spot! Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

È stato tutto come ci aspettavamo se non meglio! Il complesso è nuovo e pulito, con infiniti servizi di piscina, ristorazione, reception 24h, spa, palestra e persino centro medico che fornisce visite e farmaci (e che a noi è stato molto utile). Inoltre l’host ha sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi e quando ho richiesto una pulizia extra della stanza perché la mia amica era stata male e aveva sporcato, lui ce l’ha offerta gratuitamente con auguri di pronta guarigione. Comodo anche il servizio colazione (per 350bath a persona) e la navetta gratuita alla spiaggia, che in ogni caso è raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Molto vicino anche supermercato e farmacia. La struttura inoltre fornisce anche numerosi escursioni (di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito in quanto ci eravamo già organizzate per conto nostro). Infine letto comodo, doccia chiusa (qui rara) e molti cuscini. In generale Consiglio caldamente!

JM a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif dès notre arrivée. Il nous a accueilli dès notre sortie du taxi et a su répondre à toutes nos questions concernant les alentours. Grâce à lui, nous avons pu avoir de bonnes adresses et de bons conseils pour les visites. Endroit paisible où il y fait bon vivre au coeur de la nature. La villa correspond entièrement à sa description et elle est très spacieuse. Je recommande JM et ses villas à toute personne qui souhaitera réserver ici.

Мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом комплексе. Ощущение приватности и безопасности. Очень отзывчивый персонал, быстро отвечали на все наши вопросы и просьбы. Квартира была чистой, есть всё необходимое. Расположение отличное - по дороге до моря есть все необходимые магазины и ресторанчики. Бассейн - отдельное удовольствие! Он достаточно большой, чистый, есть душ и туалет. Я могу посоветовать это жильё на все 100% и если приеду вновь в Пхукет, выберу этот вариант.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

Good location nice and soft spoken house keeper BiG he was very sweet and helpful . The proximity of the place is very good on 4th Floor and got good swimming pool on terrace spacious 2bhk very clean and functional kitchen with all equipments

The location was quiet and private, which was great. It's away from the loud crowds. The view from the place was beautiful, too. Additionally, it felt safe with security posted at the front, giving peace of mind during the stay. However, it is on a steep hill next to a busy road, so getting to and from the main area was a bit tricky. If you don’t mind that, it’s a fantastic spot to relax!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

在这里住了8天，入住体验非常好，房子里面所需要的一切都很齐全，全家人都很满意，酒店有去海滩的车 每两小时往返一次，走路去海边也还好 15分钟左右，周边距离7-11、bigC 超市等也不算远，还有一个星期一、星期四、星期五都会开的夜市，总体真得很满意，如果还有机会，一定还会来此入住

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.
