The view from the cabin exceeded my expectations. These mountains are amazing.

We loved our stay in this gorgeous small house! John was easy to communicate with and the house was well situated to the areas we wanted to ski at. Just a few small details - yes, the ventilation can keep a light sleeper awake but it can be controlled on the control panel (at least I think I was able to change the setting because it seemed to come on less after changing the humidity level). I like sparsely furnished places without clutter and this certainly was well enough appointed without extraneous furnishings, however we would've liked a small coffee table or end table to put our drinks on (was scared to knock over on the rug) and a more comfortable eating table/chairs instead of the slatted patio furniture currently in use. Thanks John! You have a little gem and we hope to visit again!

Jeanila's cabin won't disappoint! The cabin was spacious yet cozy and ideal for a family get -a-way. We used it as a home base for some hikes in the area for which it was perfectly located. The cabin has a wood stove, which kept us warm all night, and the property provided great ambiance. we will definitely stay here again!

This was possibly one of my favorite AirBnBs. It was cute, quiet, and far enough out of town that there was no light pollution! Beautiful show of the auroras that you can see right from the bedroom window, and completely magical to hear all of the dogs howling at the lights! Also, this was the cleanest outhouse I have ever used. This is the first time I have been able to breathe in one without having to cover my mouth and nose with a mask or getting nauseous. I will 100% stay again my next time up the Alcan!

I’ve stayed at this place more than any other air bnb I’ve visited and there’s a good reason for that. The hosts are friendly and communicate great, their property is well kept and beautiful, and if you’re considering staying at Charlie’s cabin you absolutely should!

Fabulous views, great location and comfortable living space! This is my second time staying here. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my cozy home away from home.

We enjoyed staying here with our young family very much! It was wonderful having toys in a dedicated play area (with chalkboard wall!), a TV room to snuggle and relax after a looong weekend tournament, kid-friendly utensils and plates/bowls, and a variety of sleeping arrangements complete with blackout blinds. The hosts were very responsive to messages.

I absolutely loved staying here! I felt right at home and truly enjoyed this awesome house. I will hopefully stay here again on my return trip.

We stayed a night in this beautiful cabin, and had a chance to see the aorora here! The accommodation was even better than it looked in the pictures, love to watching the trees and grouses through the small window in the loft. Dogs were absolutely friendly and welcoming, and Jonathan introduced us to each one. The little trail behind the cabin was also a huge treasure, the view overlooking the forest and lake was amazing! We will definitely be visiting again soon!
