Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Kaş

Görsellerde olan resimlerle aynı daire sizi karşılıyor. Heryer çok temiz, evde konforunuz için herşey düşünülmüş, giriş talimatları çok belirgin olarak tarafımıza bildirildi. Biz çocuklu 2 aile çok rahat bir şekilde konaklama sağladık.

Жилье мне в целом очень понравилось – оно словно из Pinterest! Основной плюс – потрясающий вид из окна, который делает пребывание здесь незабываемым. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым: оборудованная кухня, два санузла, чистота и комфорт. Хозяин отзывчивый, быстро реагирует на запросы – даже предоставил второй комплект ключей по моей просьбе. Отдельно хочется отметить бесконтактное заселение, что очень удобно. Однако есть несколько минусов. Wi-Fi в квартире практически не работает – страницы не грузятся, пользоваться невозможно. Также крайне мало горячей воды: душ принять нереально, в кранах почти всегда холодная вода. Это может быть особенно важно зимой. Кроме того, в здании нет лифта, что стоит учитывать при бронировании (есть в описании, заранее не посмотрел). Несмотря на эти недостатки, проживание в квартире мне понравилось. Я с радостью вернусь сюда, если будут исправлены проблемы с горячей водой и интернетом. В таком случае я бы остался здесь даже на несколько месяцев.

Çok ilgililerdi ve süreç ile ilgili çok yardımcı oldular ev tertemizdi ve içerisinde lazım olabilecek her şey mevcuttu tekrar görüşmek üzere

We have really enjoyed our stay and actually even extended it one extra night. The house was very clean and modern. Everything was perfect except for the cold water which we couldn’t deal with. I would recommend and come back again though.

Merci Ibrahim, toutes les instructions étaient claires. La cuisine hyper-équipée en ustensiles et en petits électroménagers - Nespresso, machine à café turc, bouilloire, mixer, presse fruits,…Une décoration authentique. Une vue époustouflante. Des abords fleuris. Des chambres spacieuses. Rapport qualité prix parfait. Le logement est situé en hauteur à proximité de la supérette riche en articles de tout genre alimentaire et non alimentaire, les alcools, articles de plages,… Une navette vous relie en 3 minutes maximum à la piscine et à la beach (passage toutes les 10’ ). Des restaurants super bon sur Kalkan mais aussi tout proche comme ‘Aciktim’. Seul hic: l’absence de climatisation au rez de chaussée qui est compensé par un ventilateur.

Ev çok temizdi ve kendi evimizde hissettiren konfora sahipti. Bir evde ihtiyaç olabilecek bir çok şey vardı. Merkeze yakınlığı açısından konumu ve manzarası güzeldi. Ev sahibinin profesyonelliği ve iletişime açık olması sebebiyle sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimledik. Atakan Bey’e teşekkürler ☺️

Öncelikle Mehmet Bey'e bize olan ilgisinden ötürü çok teşekkür ederiz. Villa ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren bizi çok etkiledi. Bütün eşyalar yeniydi, ev modern olarak dizayn edilmiş. İçeri girdiğimizde temizlik kokusu dikkatimizi çekti. Temizliğe özellikle dikkat edildiği görülüyor. Villanın konumu harika, arabayla 5 dk içerisinde Kaş meydandasınız. Villanın yakınında tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı giderebileceğiniz market bankamatik vs mevcut. Setur Marinaya 2 dk uzaklıkta. Villa o kadar keyifliydi ki tatilimizin bir tam gününü sadece villada kalarak geçirdik. Mehmet Bey de ne zaman sorularımızı iletsek anında dönüş yaptı ve yardımcı oldu. Mehmet Bey'e ve villanın konforuna tam olarak güvenebilirsiniz. Bir sonraki Kaş maceramızda değişmeyecek adresimiz.

The place was amazing! Great view, great villa :) highly recommend this stay. (There are also so many cute dogs and cats around).

Stunning villa. The photos do not do it justice, it is magnificent. Peaceful, beautiful setting. The villa itself is well appointed with all you need for a short stay. Host was very helpful and responsive when we wanted to ask questions. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was sensational and we spent a lot of time there! It is easy to get a taxi to Kas for dinner but you can also walk in to the restaurants at the hotels on the peninsular. Our favourite was Tamara which is almost next door to the villa, a short walk along the street. Direct and private sea access was very good and the water great for swimming. We will definitely be back!

Замечательное место, очень красивые виды. Много ресторанов недалеко, магазины Migros и Macro, Johnny's Cafe Bar за углом. Отличная квартира, соответствует описанию и фотографиям, всё работает. Роскошный второй этаж с большим балконом с хорошим видом, очень комфортные гостиная, кухня, балкон на первом этаже с видом на бассейн и окрестности. Отличный бассейн в паре шагов от номера, приятно провести время на бассейне. Отзывчивый хозяин, встретил, проводил, всё показал, посоветовал магазины, рестораны. Нужна машина или такси. До пляжа в Калкане можно дойти пешком, минут 10-15, обратно будет тяжело в гору из-за перепада высот, машину у пляжа оставить особо негде. Красивейшие пляжи Капуташ в 10 минутах езды, Патара в 25 минутах езды. Вход на Патару 15 евро с человека, даёт право посетить 10 раз в течение 10 дней.

Bz bes kisilik bir aile olarak 6 gün kaldik memnun kaldik. Hersey resimlerde göründügü gibi. Temiz bir sekilde teslim edildi. Ev sahipleri bizi cok güzel karsiladi evdede bir aksilik cikmadi. Arada bi ceyranlar kesiliyor veya WLAN tam islemiyor köy yerinde oldugu icin yaziyordu bazi yorumlarda ama biz bu konularda bir sorun yasamadik. Ev biraz geride kaldigi icin bide köy yüksekde oldugu icin aksamlari serin oluyordu sadece o yüzden aksam veya geceleri mesela havuza giremiyorduk. Bizim icin ama sorun degildi. Evde gercekden hersey var namazlik ve tesbih bile vardi o yüzden sadece yeme icme alip gitmeniz yeterli. Ev sadece sehir icine biraz uzak kaliyor ama arabaniz varsa sorun olmuyor. Saribelene dogru kahvalti yapilcak yerlerde var. Mesaj atildiginda veya arandiginda bekletmeden geri dönüyor ev sahibi. Evi teslim ederkende güzel ugurlandik cok güleryüzlü insanlardi. Insallah kismet olursa tekrar gelmeyi düsünüyoruz. Tesekkür ederiz güzel bir tatil icin.

We had an amazing stay at Island View Villa. Check in was so easy and the villa was spotless. Eren was just next door and super helpful and responsive, disposing of our rubbish, answering questions and even helping with our suitcases on checkout. The villa itself is stunning, even better than the photos, a lovely walk down to the old town and taxis were very easy and reliable when we wanted to save our legs! We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect stay and I would recommend this villa to everyone.

A very calm and cozy place with an amazing view. Onur is a very helpful and friendly host. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Kas. We loved every aspect - the spaciousness of the apartment, the layout of rooms ( two floors, 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms), the details (great screens to shade the rooms), the fact it felt like home and excellent instructions about the apartment and Kas from Lars. We so enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly. And the outside cats and dogs!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!
