Location is great which is near to Paradigm mall. Place is as described and it’s functional and clean. Wifi is good and no issues. If you drive, parking area is easy to access and bright.

Host accommodated request for flexible check-in, rooms were clean. Responded actively to our texts. The project is located conveniently next to major highway, and you can make a short drive to nearby malls. Only a few shops within the project itself, not sure if anything was within walking distance. Overall, a good stay for my family.

Room was clean and tidy no complain, no problems with all amenities and room facilities

We spent such a great stay in this unit, we were student so it is so easily accessible to the universities and the owners are so proactive. We faced sometimes some issues with some lights and AC but the next day it was repair. The owners are serious people who care for others. I highly recommend to stay in this unit

Coming to my third visit and to different unit and still felt like home. One thing I like is I can keep myself hydrated cause water dispenser is at every unit! Room is clean and decorative. Definitely will choose the same place for my next home visit.

No hassle to check-in. Clear instructions given. Premises was clean and tidy. All utilities worked fine. Security guards were helpful. Although Alson wasn't able to agree for early check-in.....he did allow for a slightly late check-out. Overall the stay was satisfactory. Will recommend to others.

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

The place was exactly as described and very near to the train station and local restaurants. The pool table, karaoke set and jacuzzi were a pleasant addition to me and my friends’ short gathering. Colin and Run Yee were very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups who want to chill and have a good time.

Back for the 4th time and still loving this place! The homestay is just as clean and comfy as I remember—really well taken care of. The host is super friendly and always quick to respond, which makes the whole stay even better. Feels like a second home now. Will be coming back again if I'm around in the area!

The apartment was extremely clean and in great condition. There was a water filter which really made it so much easier during our stay. Check-in instructions were clear and we had no trouble locating the place and checking in. Ruben was lovely and quick to response to any queries we had. Overall this was a 5/5 stay for us!

There was clear and concise instructions from Vivian. The apartment was easily accessible, was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Access from the carpark was also smooth.

STAY ALL GOOD BUT ONLY THE CAR PARK WHICH 1 CAR IS ALLOWED AND MY OTHER CAR HAVE TO PARK OUTSIDE AND I NEED TO WALK IN
