A Perfect Retreat in the Heart of the City We had a wonderful 2-day family vacation at Nandani’s place. The cottage feels like a dream straight out of the 1900s—cozy yet spacious, with a beautiful garden and lawn perfect for relaxing during the day or enjoying the evening breeze. Despite being right in the city center, the location is peaceful, and most attractions are within walking distance. For a great meal, we recommend Tiger Tiger for lunch—it’s conveniently located right in front of the cottage. The caretakers are incredibly honest and kind, and their three well-mannered children respect your privacy, only interacting when approached. Overall, a perfect blend of vintage charm, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Sayooj and Jinsi were a wonderful host to us. Right from helping us with planning our itinerary to guiding us on what’s worth visiting during our stay! The food was amazing and felt right at home. In short, our stay didn’t feel away from home. It was another home, with amazing hospitality. It's such a beautiful property and a perfect getaway from the city hustle. Waking up to such a breathtaking view. The food was AMAZING no complaints there, they provide both veg and non veg food. The property is beautiful, we took a morning walk in the coffee estate they also have a friendly pet dog putta who accompanied us to the morning walk. We were 3 girls and it's a safe property even if it's just a group of girls travelling. They also provide rental taxi contact details if you don't have your own vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to friends group or families too!

Room is clean and neat with super silent air conditioner, wardrobe with locker and cloth hangers, bedside tables, dressing table, spongy bed with multiple pillows and extra bed in case required. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Avni in Nileshwar, hosted by the welcoming Naren. He made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even suggesting local places to visit and ensuring we had a comfortable experience throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and lunch and dinner are also available with a 3-hour advance order (at an additional cost), which was very convenient. The villa looks exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well maintained. It’s located just about 100 meters from a quiet beach, which is easily accessible on foot. You can even hear the soothing sound of waves from the villa, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. I stayed here with my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and my elderly mother, and we all had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you, Naren, for making our vacation so enjoyable!

The host was very responsive and really humble and always available for any queries and made sure we felt right at home and arranged for early check in too. Will definitely visit again.
