Laetitia was away minding her grand-child when we arrived, yet she was extremely helpful via phone with a few questions we had about getting in - directing us patiently step by step, which made everything easy. We met Letitia in person when she returned the next day and she was again very friendly and helpful - giving us advice about local restaurants. The apartment is only big enough for two people, but its nicely decorated, had everythign we needed and is in a very central location, yet quite quiet and very private.

Was a great place to explore and enjoy south bank. Very comfortable place and responsive hosts.

We had a great experience staying with Sonia and Craig. They were very friedly and super helpful. We arrived after a long haul 30 hour journey for a couple of nights before we travelled on with a baby and toddler and the baby bed, bath and high chair were all ready. Also nappies and some toys including some things for the park. Also a really good breakfast all there ready. We could also go in the front yard which was really nice for the kids after being cooped up on planes. Nearby is the new Rec reserve which has a really nice park, ovals and generally a great place with kids. They clearly make an effort to help you as much as you need for example getting me an extra washing line for the clothes. Also offering to store some of our luggage there as we are returning there to stay. It is very near to the airport which was exactly what we wanted. If you needed the train it is just a few minutes walk. They were also very kind when we were running late checking out. Will stay again!

Close to shops and cafes, walking distance to lovely beach, bonus seafood boats just across road

We stayed two nights at Margo’s and absolutely loved our stay. Margo and Russell are warm and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. The bedroom is beautiful, spacious and a very comfortable mattress. The bathroom is conveniently across the hall and also spacious and all your own. We also enjoyed being greeted by gorgeous Winnie the bordoodle. We highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Thanks for having us Margo.

Absolutely loved our stay with Sallyanne! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. She wad the most fantastic host, we got to chat with her about her painting hobby and see some of her work☺️ The space was perfect, clean, quiet, and private. Thanks for making it such a lovely experience for us!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Rene and Jans home. Another couple were also staying and everyone was polite and considerate. We also reserved the place very last minute and Rene replied so quickly. I also accidentally left behind some money and Rene reached out to me before I even realised it happened. Absolutely recommend staying here

Beautiful location with amazing amenities, great place to be, lots of living space. It was a shame that we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool due to the weather but was beautiful either way.

My partner and I recently moved over from Sydney and chose Zoë and Bruce's place to stay while we searched for our own place to rent. I'm so glad we found their property as it was the perfect way to be introduced to life in Brisbane - It felt like your quintessential Brisbane home, the house was full of character, immersed in nature with a real sense of calm inside. We had the budgies waking us up, their sweet cat Jack visiting us in our room, the chickens greeting us every morning when we stepped out into the garden, the possums climbing trees outside the kitchen window and we had some tasty bananas from the big banana tree. To top it all off, Zoë and Bruce were the best hosts, they were accommodating with our needs, always up for a chat and laugh and so generous with their time. Thank you Zoë and Bruce, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you both!
