Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Elenas Haus verbracht! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sieht noch besser aus als auf den Bildern. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch! Man blickt auf das tiefblaue Meer und hört die Wellen rauschen! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist perfekt, vor allem für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Der Strand ist etwas versteckt und somit ist es dort sehr ruhig und privat. Im Ort selbst sind zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Tavernen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Rund um MItikas gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, zu denen Elena uns auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben hat. Elena war eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir konnten mit jedem Anliegen zu ihr kommen. Unser Aufenthalt war in Elenas Haus war fantastisch! Wir kommen SEHR gerne wieder!

Ο χώρος ήταν απλά υπέροχος , ότι πρέπει για δύο άτομα και εννοείται το κατοικίδιο μου ! Πανέμορφη αυλή , ο χώρος είχε όλες τις ανέσεις , πλήρως εξοπλισμένος , όμορφος και καθαρός ! Ο Γιάννης εξαιρετικός στη συννενόηση και στην επικοινωνία . 5⭐️ σε όλα !!!

The Panorama Villa is located in Vrachos, in Epirus, in the middle of the green of the leaves of olive trees and others, where a lot of birds can be observed in Octobre. It is in the centre of a Garden, a little above (about 500m) the fishermen‘s harbour of Lygia, a calm village located along the coastal road. Everything was perfectly in order, the panoramic ocean view was under the clear blue sky and sometimes the waves of the Ionian Sea enriched the peaceful atmosphere surrounding Spyridon’s house acousticaly. Vaso is a friendly person, sie welcomed us warmly and later directly answered if a question arose. All in all the Panorama Villa is the perfect Place for calm and relaxed holidays on the coast in Epirus.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch super, etwas ruhiger und weiter abseits von der Stadt, dafür aber fußläufig zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Sehr gerne wieder!

Φιλικοί και φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι!! Υπήρχαν τα πάντα, ακόμη καφές και νερό. Για το καλοσωρισμα υπήρχαν γλυκά και ποτά! Ήσυχη περιοχή με ωραία θέα στην φύση. Η τοποθεσία ήταν κοντά σε διάφορα αξιοθέατα και αρχαιολογικούς χώρους. Η μητέρα του Πάρη μας έκανε δώρο και χειροποίητο μπρελόκ για ενθύμιο.Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και να συνεχίσετε έτσι!!

Gemütliches Kleines Apartment mit Kochmöglichkeit. Man ist zu Fuß in ca 5 min am Hafen. Wir haben die Zeit hier genossen

Antonis‘ apartment was just unbelievable! He’s a very friendly guy, was always giving me valuable advices about the area. He was reachable every moment and recommended me good beaches, restaurants around there. The apartment was really good located, the area was very quiet and silent. The neighbors saw me and asked me if everything is okay. They were very friendly as well. The beaches around there were just amazing! It was my first time there and I would say I would go there at least every two years. His apartment was very big and a family with two kids would easily fit in there. I was just by myself so it was very big but comfortable for me. Next time I will definitely go to Antonis’ apartment and hopefully it is gonna be available :) I felt like at home. Efharisto poli for everything man!! Highly recommended!!!

Amalia and Vasili made our stay incredibly easy, and they were always contactable and very helpful. Any time we needed anything at all. The location is magnificent and we had a wonderful time

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

We had a fabulous time at Paul’s and Schouten’s place. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity this is the place for you. When we travel we tend to explore and go around but this time we spent a lot more time at home… that tells you how much we enjoyed the place 😀. The surrounding nature, the landscape of the garden and the pool are ideal for relaxation and for kids entertainment. The location serves well all sides of Lefkada with most places at about 20 to 40 min distance. We especially liked the village of Karya which is only 10 min away by car. Paul and Shouten will also give you great tips for the best places to visit. Overall I definitely recommend this place.

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Ein früherer Checkin war ohne Probleme möglich. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Villa nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar ist, daher muss bei Anmietung eines Mietwagens unbedingt auf eine Motorisierung geachtet werden.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful views, and wonderfully peaceful place. We were there in the off-season with no one occupying the other homes which was lovely. It would feel less private in the busy season with neighbors around, but the views would be still very worthwhile. The sunsets over the ocean are incredible. Only suggestion to guests would be to bring beach towels for the pool - we didn’t have enough towels for the week and needed to get some in town.

Много красив двор, приятни стаи, обурудвана кухня без кафе машина. Имахме много приятен престой. Домакинът не се натрапва по никакъв начин,но отговоря много бързо при нужда.

The villa was exactly as described and Panagiotis was a wonderful host with good communication and extensive recommendations. We did a few day trips out using Thomas the taxi driver and this allowed us to see more of the island, but without needing a car.

beautiful house with a lovely garden and stunning view. the apartment has everything and is fully equipped near two beautiful beaches and also there is a beach i front of the house with 3 minutes walk the host is great he granted everything we wanted very soon. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back one day

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa è in una posizione suggestiva ma anche comoda: ci si gode la tranquillità e la bellezza di stare sulla spiaggia, a pochi minuti dalla città di Lefkada. La casa è molto accogliente, si vede che i proprietari ci hanno vissuto: è arredata con cura e provvista di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata anche nel patio, scuri alle finestre, zanzariere, spazio esterno per lavare e stendere, ecc.). Vasso e Costas sono ospiti gentili e premurosi, senza essere invadenti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

An amazing villa, fully furnished and super! Clean. We traveled with a 1.5 years old baby and Loana provided everything we needed for him (bed, sheets, chair). Every 3 days they come to clean and change sheets and towels which was very nice. Even though we arrived late at night Loana was responsive and welcomed us in including coffee, jam and crackers that waited for us in the living room. Loana and her team provided us with recommendations of where to visit and eat which was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία!!! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο, πλήρως λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Υπήρχε χώρος για πάρκινγκ πάντα, χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος, διακριτικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες οδηγίες. Σε γενικές γραμμές, εκτιμώ πως η παραμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και θα σύστηνα το σπίτι για όποιον θέλει να ευχαριστηθεί την περιοχή , χωρίς την φασαρία και την αναστάτωση πιο κεντρικών καταλυμάτων.

We love Lefkada and we loved our stay at the villa! George was super helpful and quick to respond. The private water access and the lawn/beautiful garden were the main highlights. The view is lovely all hours of the day. The villa is conveniently located. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this charming ecological house with three friends, and we had a wonderful time! The beautiful and clean property offers a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in absolute quiet. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants, and helping us with our car problems. For guests who enjoy cooking, I would suggest bringing a sharp knife and reaching out to owners to learn details of the kitchen equipment and be aware that the stove and oven use gas. Keep in mind that the road that leads to the house from the main road is very steep at times with sharp turns and rough surfaces, so it takes a bit of care to drive up, if you are not an experienced driver. In case you want to go on foot, you will need 30 minutes to get down to the village, and a bit more to get back :) Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful stay!

Hele fijne plek, we hadden onze hond mee en die had alle ruimte. Ze is zelfs even het water in geweest om af te koelen. Huis is goed ingericht, zelfs dingen als olie, peper, zout, koffie zijn aanwezig. We hebben ook erg genoten van de buiten douche. De communicatie met Dimitra verliep heel goed. We misten een beetje lekkere relax stoelen voor buiten, is alleen een bistro setje. Verder hadden we ons niet gerealiseerd dat deze kant van het eiland vrijwel windstil is, dus erg warm. Maar verder heerlijk!

The house is comfortable and cozy, and it is located in an enchanting place just a few meters from the sea. Every day you wake up and fall asleep listening to the sound of waves.. great! The host is particularly kind and helpful. The location is quiet and peaceful even though the main services are available in the surrounding area. Also, the kittens that surround the area give a touch of romance to the stay. Strongly recommended!
