This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house/location. It had all the space and amenities to make it a comfortable stay for our party of 6. We loved waking up every morning and walking over to Kraken Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee and then later walking over to the food trucks at night for an amazing variety of food for dinner. Probably our absolute favorite thing was how conveniently close Foodland grocery store was. We would love to stay there again in the future! Mahalo!

We’ve been to Maui four times in the past year, and Peter’s place has been by far the best location and value of all our visits. It’s perfectly situated—just 5–15 minutes from what we feel are the best beaches and snorkeling spots on the island. The location easily beats Kaanapali and Napili. The home is well-kept, in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road, so you get peace and privacy without sacrificing convenience. Peter is a kind and respectful host—he gives you your space but is quick to respond if you need anything. I don’t usually leave long reviews, but after staying at so many Airbnbs, I can confidently say: if you’re heading to Maui, this is the place and location you want. 100% satisfied. Thank you, Peter.

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

We were so thankful to stay at Sandra's lovely place. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were able to make meals, including using the bbq, and ate most of our meals on the deck and a few out by the pool. The pool was nice and warm, and we loved the outdoor shower. The entire space was very private. Sandra was gracious and accommodating with a special, last minute request, we highly recommend this stay to other guests.

Very beautiful location to stay at in Kaanapali! Has a gym with just enough equipment, grills and pools, and an included private golf cart upon request to the beautiful Kaanapali beaches. Also towel service available until 5:30pm! So wonderful! AC and other amenities were great, did not have a single issue or complaint my entire stay here. Had a great time here, will hopefully be back!!!

Good location and Emma made great dinner recommendations in the area. There are also some nice restaurants and coffee shops walkable.

Dee Dee was an amazing host! She was very flexible especially when we booked and had to change our dates last minute. She was also very proactive with her communication even going as far as recommending things to do around the island. Check in was easy and the property was centrally located, clean and beautiful. It was our first time staying at a time share and I would definitely stay here again,

Nothing else to say. It was great. Good WiFi was important for me because I’ve been on Maui for work. Good WiFi was available. The back of the building was less than 50’ from the ocean. Great place to relax after work and to enjoy the sunset. Any appliances worked. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Nothing to complain.

We had such an amazing stay! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly kind, professional, and quick to respond—any questions we had were answered almost immediately. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in creating a great experience. The house was clean and beautifully maintained, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra welcoming. They clearly pay attention to detail, from the way everything was set up to the little extras that made the stay feel special. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. And the amenities were honestly above and beyond anything we expected. We would absolutely stay here again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable trip.

Very spacious apartment on a beautiful and peaceful property with amenities. Walking distance to the beach and short drive to other beaches and surf shops. The unit had everything we needed like a full kitchen and beach towels, as well as the washer and dryer which came in really handy. Yuana was super responsive and accommodated our requests and questions!

Joe's place was fantastic - short 10 minute walk to the beach and very close to the pool and BBQ station. Mari was super responsive and was even able to get us in an hour earlier than our planned check-in. The house was well equipped in the kitchen including basic spices and condiments but even better was the provided beach stuff (coolers, chairs, umbrella's and two boogie boards!). We also really appreciated the nice little gift of chocolates, cookies and coffee waiting for us. Our family of 5 really enjoyed the place and the stay. Few tips for others: - the walk up from the beach is steep and was tough for our 80yo grandma but every time we drove to the local beach we had no issues finding parking - the pool looks like it has locks on the gates - they don't - just put your hand through and open from the other side - nice 3rd story look-out at the pool for sunset but get there early as it is a popular place - have a coffee grinder! Very convenient and comfortable, well-appointed. The condo is on the shady side of the complex, which might be an important advantage in the summer months; it was not an issue now, although it was hard to find a sunny space to dry shoes. The general aspect was very pleasant, with very easy access to the beach, which is gently sloped and has calm waves. Easy highway access to drive to other places. The ceiling fans keep the rooms feeling cool; we were always comfortable. The (patio? lanai?) outside the living room was an extremely pleasant place to sit. The instructions warned about ants, but we saw none. Possibly the season, or the fact that we didn't cook much. The one thing I could have wished for was some specification in the description about the hardness of the mattresses. Preferences on this vary; we prefer very firm mattresses and these were somewhat soft, which caused problems for my wife's back.

Karen is an excellent Host. The Apartment is perfect, modern, great location, well equipped, there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but yet the Apartment is in a peaceful location. There is a beautiful beach literally minutes away. Can't wait to come back.

This was a lovely apartment with a fantastic host. Dimitry catered for everything that he possibly could and when certain aspects such as early check in/ late check out were not available, Dimitry did everything he could to offer alternative suggestions. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we well catered for. I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

You are right on the ocean. It's a short walk to the beach to the left of the condo. We saw multiple sea turtles. If you want a great place for 2 this is it.

The owners were so welcoming and proactive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They had some uncontrollable maintenance issue arise that they handled immediately and it did not disrupt our trip at all. The building and amenities were perfect. Our son loved exploring the beach and chasing crabs. Our daughter spent the evenings in the pool after our daytime adventures. We will be back and are so grateful to have experienced this slice of paradise.

Super clean, amazing ocean front Condo with everything we needed! Communication with Dan was outstanding, he provides all the information you need to find the place and access it without any problems. The Condo is beautiful, very comfy bed, equiped with everything you can think of and great view! We are looking forward to be back in December!
