In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

Vasilis place was cute and cozy and perfect for our short stay in Thessaloniki. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment is not very close to the center so you do need a car or plan to take taxis. Communication was good, overall a great place to stay!

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

Μπορώ να πω ότι πήγα και ήταν σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου ότι και να χρειάστηκα η κυρία Μαρία μου απαντούσε μέσα σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και ήθελε να είναι σίγουρη ότι όλα ήταν καλά και ήταν πολύ ευγενική το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Marios était TRÈS disponible, il nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et a veillé à être le plus utile possible. Le logement est très calme avec une magnifique vue. La piscine est entretenue 4x par semaine. Un grand magasin est est accessible à moins de 5 minutes à pied et le centre de Nea Moudania à 5 minutes en voiture. Marios est plein de bons conseils. La cuisine est correctement équipée. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour. Encore un grand merci pour cet accueil et cette gentillesse. Nous sommes prêts à y revenir encore.

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans la dernière villa avec une vue magnifique !! Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils et leur gentillesse ! Nous recommandons à 100%

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dirk has an amazing house. Huge living room, and huge yard. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's located 2km from the beach, but that's actually a plus - you are away from the crowd and the noise. Highly recommend !

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

είναι ένα τίμιο διαμέρισμα σε σχέση με τα χρήματα. η Ιωάννα είναι εξαιρετική, επικοινωνία και κατευθύνσεις. το προτείνω σε κάποιον που θέλει εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης χωρίς να χρειάζεται δικό του μεταφορικό μέσο.

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

This place is amazing. What you get is more than what you see in the pictures - it's spacious, well-furnished, has a huge balcony that one can relax on all day long because it's shaded, and is close to the center of Epanomi and Epanomi beach (12 minutes' drive away). Our kids loved watching Netflix and playing games (chess , Monopoly) but also tried climbing the wall in one of the bedrooms. We loved the parking space below the building, the two bathrooms, the fact that the hosts replied promptly to our enquiries, and numerous amenities the apartment is provided with (freezer, dishwasher, washing machine). We could have spent a month on our vacation as this place feels like home.

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.
