In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view. The port, the bus station and the taxi stand are at 3 minutes’ distance on foot.

This is an old Cycladic stone house, built in traditional style, only a few minutes' walk from the town centre of Paroikia and just a minute away from a secluded beach. It is not your typical holiday rental, it is our part time home, complete with a Bechstein grand piano, hundreds of books and a beautiful central courtyard, lush with greenery, protected from the winds and covered by pergolas that offer plenty of shade. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
