Will be back to stay here again if back to kl for holiday. Easy to drive around kl and genting thanks to nearby highway. Although parking can be challenging initially but the rest is tip top. Thanks Derek and Maricel for the proactive response.

Place was easy to find and instructions were clear and cut . Clean home and bathroom too . All basics things provided . Owner was responsive and kind . Recommended 😊

Thanks host, we enjoy the stay, everything is good as per describe, beach is one minute only by walking although it not very suitable for swimming, it still beautiful scenery. and it would be very helpful if there is water filter, to conclude we enjoy the moment, thank you for hospitality.

It was a lovely home with a stunning view of the ocean. We enjoyed the seabreeze and pool very much. Definitely a great place to unwind and chill with small groups.

The kitchen is to die for it is so spacey (we get to do lots of activities) , filled with cooking tools, beautiful and relaxing. Love the glass door around it.. The pool is deeper and wider than it look so both swimmer and non swimmer can enjoy ( pelampung do necessary for the kids).. The lake right at the back of the house is excellent for kayak lover.. The owner was really responsive to all inquiries... There is a lot of space around the house so we can bentang toto here and there... The toilet is clean and modern... I love the old heritage vibe around the house... We get to see lots of accessories from the past remind me of my childhood... The yard is wide and well maintained.. There is no selut at all so we can enjoy outdoor sukaneka to the fullest... I appreciate that there is a separate area for bbq so the entire house does not smell like smoke... We never get to feel bored around the house... There are so many things to do: bicycle, fishing, kayaking, swimming and badminton.

Me & my friends will definitely come again. Charis was so beautiful serene with waterfall & talapia pond. The host was very kind, they gave us the fish for foc for our bbq nite. The most amazing thing was i left my handbag at the gazebo during check out & contacted the pic abg udin. I just realized i left my handbag 30mins later! They found it & kept it until i return to Charis. Such a responsible & kind hearted person! Thanks to Fathin & team for a lovely gestures & hosting. Tqsm!

While the building itself looks like it may be a bit dated, Zsa Zsa’s unit is very nice. It is well furnished and she provides a lot of the creature comforts one would want when staying at an apartment or a home away from home. She also provides great recommendations about places to eat nearby. Zsa Zsa is probably amongst the best of the best hosts on AirBnB, I would imagine. I loved my 2nd stay with her so much that I decided to book another stay with her less than a week later! This was my 3rd stay with her and it was the same thing. Whenever there was an issue, she was very responsive and it was dealt with immediately. One small issue this time was that the building only had 1 working elevator (in a bank of 3) most of the time. This did lead to some long waits (at times). In any case, I would highly recommend the place overlooking Sunway Lagoon and Zsa Zsa as a host. I had a wonderful experience (yet again) and look forward to future stays here when I am in the area.

The place was clean and comfortable to stay. added advantages for walking distance to MRT stations as per description. In summary, Nice place to stay for small family group of 4 to 6 pax.

Excellent and responsive host who attends to our need as we’re traveling with a baby. Place is very clean and with all amenities needed. Location is unbeatable - right next to rail and bus station. Grab ride to other KL locations is also very convenient and affordable.

It's a nice place to stay here ! Everything was great 🌻 However I hope they could change the towels as they don't absorb water well. Overall it was a pleasant experience! And would repeat to stay here again 😊

Had a great time staying overnight! Host is friendly, communicative & helpful. It was really easy to check in and we had free resident car parking provided (do get your keys & access cards first from the letterbox before parking as you need the access card to enter the resident parking). The place was clean, very cute and cozy!! Not too big, just the perfect size for 3. There’s a projector, u can listen to spotify, netflix, & others. You can connect to ur own laptop too. The apartment building felt safe. Amenities was rlly complete. Cooking & eating utensils provided, microwave, fridge, tissues, towels, dish soap & sponge, bathing toiletries. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
