Only an hour from Auckland’s north shore, the seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin, each with its own separate driveway and amenities.

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. There is an outdoor hot spa, an indoor fireplace and indoor/outdoor dining areas, set on a 1 acre property. 2 minutes drive to market, restaurants and takeaways, including the iconic Mangawhai Tavern. 10-15 minutes drive to your choice of white-sand surf beaches and world class golf courses.

Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Just a stone's throw from the glorious, white sandy, Ding Bay at the northern end of Langs Beach. Safe swimming, rock pools and endless beach activities. Unobstructed views out to the Hen and Chicken Islands and Sail Rock. Enjoy the stunningly beautiful coastal walk from Waipu Cove to Ding Bay, an absolute must. 2km from Waipu Cove, 12km from Waipu, 15km from Mangawhai township. Great local cafes, galleries, markets and golf courses. .

The Art Place Annex

The Annex is self contained bedsit style with queen bed , comfy sofa , work desk , own deck entrance, beautiful space looking out over the river and sculpture gardens with exclusive use of garden spa , artwork for sale , 10 minute walk through kauri glade to village , (opposite my gates) 15 min drive to Mangawhai. Close to other attractions . N.B. Price is for single occupancy- $50 per night for additional guest $30 per night for pet

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

Harbourside Hideaway

Peaceful self contained 2 bedroom cottage 1.5hours from Auckland, overlooking the Kaipara Harbour. Lots of daytrips nearby (Kauri Museum, Pahi fig tree, Mangawhai beach, Te Arei Point) or just relax and enjoy the serenity, including the stars at night. All tide boatramp close by. We are onsite but will totally respect your privacy. Kaiwaka 4 square is your last shop. Come and enjoy your timeout!
