I searched a place for my recovery after a surgery. The apt had everything I needed for a comfortable cozy stay and the host was very friendly, always responsive for everything I needed. The street is next to a pedestrian zone. Restaurants and shops are only a few meters away. Since it’s a side street, it was sometimes a little noisy on weekends, but mostly quiet. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone.

Это отличное жилье. Рекомендую. За 5 дней пребывания хозяин жилья постоянно был на связи, отвечал в течении нескольких минут. Очень оперативно решил вопрос чтобы мы могли подогревать еду. Это было неожиданно и приятно. Хороший район с большим количеством продуктовых и кафе. До паромной станции 15 минут пешком. До станции метро 10-15 минут. До аэропорта 30-35 минут на такси. Единственный момент был в том, что бойлер который установлен в комнате с кроватью шумел если пользоваться водой или включать отопление. Так же учитывайте что нет лифта и нужно подниматься пешком 3 этажа.

It was the second time we leave in Gökhan’s apartments and it was the wonderful experience - cozy, clean and quiet place near the heart of Kadikoy.

Ottimo soggiorno in un quartiere tranquillo a Kadikoy. Casa pulita e calda. La cucina aveva tutto il necessario. Acqua calda con pressione. Posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi, tanti posti nei dintorni per mangiare e bere. Il host è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste e oltre questo ci ha permesso anche di fare il check In anticipato. Grazie! Piccole cose da migliorare: La posizione del letto solo da un lato è un problema quando vuoi spostarti. Il frigorifero fa troppo rumore ogni tanto. La posizione della lavatrice vicino alla WC non è comoda, soprattutto per persone grandi e alte.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like

wonderful location, right in the heart of moda. this is one of those rare gems on airbnb where the apartment is clearly something an actual person could live, and not just a building flipped for profit. you'll feel right at home in istanbul :) gökce was very friendly and communicative, and quite flexible and understanding. it felt just like i was staying over at a friends' place who was out of town.

Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage in Moda in der großzügigen Wohnung von Zeynep verbracht. Zeynep ist eine liebenswerte und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns bereits vor unserer Reise mit reichlich Tipps rund um Kunst, Kultur und Kulinarik versorgt hat. Auch zwischendurch war sie immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich proaktiv nach der ersten Nacht nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man sich wünscht, sie ist gut und modern ausgestattet.Ganz verliebt haben wir uns aber in den Stadtteil Moda, ein pulsierender Stadtteil, in den wir am liebsten hinziehen würden. Schicke Cafés, gute Restaurants und stylisch-hippe, überwiegend junge und jung gebliebene Menschen machen dieses Viertel zu einem echten Erlebnis. Von uns gibt es sowohl für die Wohnung als auch für die Stadtteile Moda/Kadiköy die volle Punktzahl. Diese Reise war ein echtes Erlebnis. Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

Die Lage ist für Unternehmungen aller Art super geeignet (Bim ins Zentrum, Hafen direkt in der Nähe). Die Unterkunft mit dem Ausblick einzigartig und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen!

The perfect host. I had twins who were unwell and the host was so kind enough to get us a second cot. I was never expecting that but it was the best gesture someone could expect. She was also nice to offer us to check out later so that my babies could sleep in a little longer before the flight back home. Location is great with a lot of shops near by to buy stuff before our trip back.

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

Excellent location. Excellent host. Good public transport links. Additional recommendations by host really added value to our holiday experience. A truly unique stay in a beautiful charming region of Istanbul city. Thoroughly recommend it!

The flat was exactly as described. Being on the 5th floor it was above street level noise, which was not considerable at this distance from Taksim Sq. It was spacious and generally well fitted out. I was not entirely sure whether the price was slightly high (as another guest commented), but in the end it was a very enjoyable stay.

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Es ist jetzt mein zweiter Aufenthalt dort gewesen und ich war wieder sehr zufrieden.Die Anlage ist ein NEUBAU direkt neben dem Sheraton-Hotel und die Wohnungen sind super Modern! Es gibt verschiedene Saunen,Pool und einen Fitnessbereich. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es eine Apotheke, Kiosk, Bäckerei (Simit Sarayi) und kleinere Supermärkte sowie ein paar Tankstellen.Da ich diesmal die Wohnung mit einem Kumpel geteilt hatte und wir nur ein Schlafzimmer hatten habe ich Ümit angefragt und um Bettwäsche gebeten da einer von uns auf der Couch schlafen musste, uns wurde dann sofort neue Bettwäsche gebracht.Die Wohnungen sind wirklich Top Ausgestattet mit allen Küchengeräten wie Toaster,Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine etc.Die Lage der Einrichtung ist auch sehr sehr gut man erreicht den Taksim Platz innerhalb von 10-15min zu Fuß allerdings muss man Berghoch laufen und für Menschen die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind empfehle ich ein Taxi zu nehmen das kostet um die 100-200 Lira.

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.
