This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything I needed, and the high-speed internet made it an ideal spot for remote work. Communication with the host was seamless—always clear, respectful, and timely. Would definitely stay here again!

Ich habe vier sehr schöne hier Tage verbracht. Die Wohnung war neu und genau wie auf den Fotos bzw. in der Beschreibung angegeben, habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super zentral und man kann alles was man braucht zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Lena war mehr als einfach und sehr freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder kommen!

A wonderful apartment, private, clean and inviting. Check-in was very easy too, with a video guide walking through the steps to collect the keys.

Overall, a great experience! The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt – eine ganze Etage für uns allein, wunderbar eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut: 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum, 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeber waren hervorragend – freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Anitanın evinde 5 kişi konakladık, evin konumu merkeze çok yakındı. Park konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Anita çok yardımseverdi, bu konuda da ona ayrıda teşekkür etmek istiyoruz.

La personne qui nous a accueilli était chaleureuse et serviable. Notre chien golden retriever a été accueilli aussi chaleureusement que nous. L’appartement est rangé parfaitement, propreté impeccable, moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres, on s’y sent bien. On n’a pas eu besoin de mettre l’air conditionné, l’air frais entrant des fenêtres nous a bien rafraîchi. Le jardin est un havre de paix, minutieusement arrangé. Nous voulions un plat végétarien: Milan a appelé pour nous les restaurants du village pour demander s’ils peuvent nous en préparer un. Comme cela n’était pas possible, Milan s’est occupé de faire quelques courses et nous préparer un repas. On a eu un vrai festin: salade typique (shopska) des légumes de leur potager (la meilleure de toutes mes vacances dans les Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, œufs durs, pain délicieux, et autres.. le déjeuner au matin était aussi bon que le repas du soir (fait maison également) avec des plats de la région. Nous allons certainement revenir.

From the very first moment entering this cozy house we’ve felt at home. The neighborhood is very friendly, the air is fresh (breeze in the summer, clean air in during the colder month), the house super cozy (outstanding big family bed, romantic fireplace, nice small outdoor/garden place…) and well equipped with all what you need. Taukbahçe Park is reachable on food in less than 10 mins and also Germia park is close by. The owner Hasan and his wife are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating if you have any queries. We’ve extended our stay various times and highly recommend this place.

Njomzas Unterkunft ist unglaublich schön, man fühlt sich wie Zuhause schon beim Eintreten der Wohnung! Sie war stets erreichbar und hat bei allem geholfen, wir haben unsere Zeit extrem genossen, es war alles so schön detailliert gestaltet, mit extrem viel Liebe gepflegt. Die Lage ist top, Sauberkeit sehr gut, Wohlfühlen garantiert. Wir kommen zu 1000% wieder!

Misafirperverleğiniz ve nezaketinizden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı. Ev gayet temizdi ve merkezi bir konumdaydı. Her konuda bize yardımcı oldular.

A great looking place thats close to everything you need.

Super Unterkunft! Sauber, alles vorhanden und sehr schnell und einfach in die Stadt zu gelangen! Zum Stadtzentrum sind es ganz entspannte 5 Minuten zu Fuß, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz auf Anfrage reserviert das wir ohne Probleme parken konnten. Immer wieder gerne!

Fantastisk! Alt hvad du behøver i en bolig. Alt fungerede, og Aldrin var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom! De bedste anbefalinger herfra!

Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u samom centru, ispred reke, na par minuta peške od glavnog trga. Lako se stiže sa auto puta. Sve što stoji u opisu je tako. Toplo je, kreveti su jako udobni. Sa terase se pruža divan pogled na kej i na reku Nišavu. Veoma je mirno, iako je u strogom centru grada. Magdalena je odgovarala brzo na svaku poruku i bila veoma ljubazna. Iz garaže možete liftom do samog stana, bez ijednog stepenika, što je nama sa detetom veoma značilo. I naš pas je lepo dočekan, sa činijama i igračkom. Hvala na svemu. Rado bismo odseli ovde ponovo ukoliko opet posetimo Niš.
