Very nice option when looking for an accomodation around Ashdod. Clean apartment, quiet neighbourhood. Marina is kind and helpful, and communication with Leonid was quick and he showed some flexibility for our convenience.

We often stay in AIrB&Bs in this neighborhood. This was the best apartment we've had there, at a reasonable price. The location was directly behind our children's house, a perfect location. The apartment was clean, sunny with lots of natural light, and tastefully decorated. Florence was very helpful with any questions or problems we had, including when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We would be happy to stay there again. Thank you, Florence, for everything you did to help make our stay in Nachlaot so wonderful.

Great place for my family of 5 for our 5 days in Jerusalem. Clean and spacious, great location - 5 minute walk from Machane Yehuda. Or and Liran are lovely, kind, accommodating hosts. Highly recommend!

5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing time staying at Shani’s place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Shani was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local tips. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again. We stayed at Patrick's Jerusalem apartment in December 2024. The experience was great. The apartment was as described and very convenient in terms of location, amenities and flexibility. Patrick was an excellent host -- very responsive to all of our questions before, during and after our trip. He was accessible and had quick and generally effective answers to our questions. The Emek Refai'im location in the heart of Baka/German Colony offers great walks, cafes, shops, and restaurants. It is very close to Nitzanim, a modern orthodox, anglo-friendly shul and many kosher places. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and tastefully renovated with modern conveniences while housed in an older but well maintained building with lots of charm. The common spaces, e.g. lobby, stairs, etc. while not luxurious were clean and well lit. The only negative point is that one bathroom is very small and may be hard to navigate if you are elderly or disabled.

We are repeat customers. For us, the size, condition, and location of the apartment are exactly as described, and perfect for our needs. The hosts are very responsive. We had a medical emergency this visit that required extending our time at the last minute, and they were very quickly able to accommodate us.

We really enjoyed our Shabbat in Elisha's home! The beds were comfortable and the moshav was peaceful and beautiful, with many shuls nearby. We also really appreciated the flexible check out on Motzei Shabbat. We would love to return in the future!

נהננו מאד מסופש נעים בבית. הגינה ענקית עם מתקנים לילדים. הבית נוח מאד.

התארחנו עם 3 ילדים קטנים (5/3/1). אורי היה מזמין וזמין לכל דבר. הילדים עפו על חדר המשחקים. הטאב היה להיט. צמוד לטבע מקסים ושקט. בקיצור, הבית המושלם לחופשה משפחתית באיזור ירושלים.

הוילה מדהימה ונוחה מאוד, הרגשנו בבית היינו 4 נפשות שהגענו לחגוג אירוע ב"אחוזה" בבית חנן - ממש קרוב לשם לימור קיבלה אותנו והיתה זמינה לכל מה שצריך ויותר קיבלנו את הוילה נקייה ומסודרת ויש בה הכל מהכל - זה הבית שלהם אני ממליצה לכם לא לחשוב פעמיים ולסגור בהקדם המקום מושלם, האנרגייה טובה, והמארחים מקסימים בהחלט נחזור שוב, תודה לכם על הכל

Perfect for our family of 6! Great location, walkable to the shuk, Ben Yehuda, gan sacher, and right off the light rail. Beautiful clean apartment with games for kids, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, eating area, and well stocked kitchen (just like the pics). Shira was very helpful with requests and any questions. Would happily stay here again!

It’s a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a peaceful area of Jerusalem. It is easy to get to from the light rail and for those who drive it has parking. There are grocery stores and eating places within walking distance I would definitely book this apartment again.

Хорошая квартира, которая стоит своих денег. Есть все удобства (все для приготовления еды, банные полотенца, стиральная машина, два санузла). Также есть маленький приватный дворик. Mirjam очень приветливая и отзывчивая хозяйка. Очень удобное место положения (море в 10 минутах, много автобусных остановок, много магазинов рядом). Квартира подойдет для большой семьи.

Chaim’s place is comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck looking out over the hills surrounding Jerusalem. Place was clean and homey. Chaim is kind and extremely responsive especially when we had a misunderstanding on how the hot water works.
