Peter and Kristin are wonderful hosts,we were greeted in person by them and introduced to all important tings around the house. Peter was always very easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valbonne in Peter's villa that is equipped with everything you need, it is incredibly spacious, quiet and in a great location to reach many places around the côte d'azure. We were travelling with our son of 2.5 years and Peter and Kristin provided us with a crib and a high chair for him. Many thanks to these amazing hosts, we had the best time and would always return.

Travelers: Two families with 4 kids in total. Total stay Duration: 1 Month The Host: Barbara is very professional and extremely helpful. Dealing with her was great. Such an excellent host. The Location: the house is perfectly located in a private community in Cannes. 12 mins drive to any parking at La Croisette, and 10 mins back. Easy access to the main roads and is close to Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Gyms. The community is gated and Secure. We didn’t face any issues. The House: the villa has been remodeled to fit Two Master Bedrooms ( one on the top floor, and another on the ground floor). The ground floor Bedroom has its own shower and toilet ( though multiple doors involved) but can be considered a Master bedroom. Two other rooms on the first floor share a toilet, and is ok for kids. Kitchen is good, and the garden is spacious. The living room is good enough with a decent TV. All ACs work perfectly and the internet is fast enough. A very pleasant experience. Thanks Barbara

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

We had the best Easter vacation ever. The whole family in place, even our dog had a perfect time, where she could run free all the time in the yard and garden. We really loved the house, the facilities and the neighbourhood. Highly recommended from us. We have plans to return to this paradise.

Christian’s place is the perfect escape. Located high up with stunning views over the local countryside. It is a very peaceful location and great for relaxing by the pool. The accommodation is modern with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There is a veranda for eating al fresco. The grounds are large with plenty to keep young children entertained(trampoline, swings, basketball hoop and lawn for football. One feature we really appreciated was the fully fenced pool with child proof gate. This gave us a sense of security as our 3 year old could not get to the pool ( there is also a pool alarm). The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach is a bit of a journey from the villa but we were able to find parking at all the beaches and in the middle of August. Overall a fantastic property!

Très belle villa avec un panorama magnifique en face du Baou de Saint-Jeannet. Piscine et terrain de pétanque très agréables. Patrick est très gentil et ultra réactif ce qui rend la communication parfaite. La villa est conforme aux photos. Un changement de coussins et de serviettes de bain et un nettoyage encore plus profond de cette magnifique maison, rendrait le séjour plus que parfait. Le seul inconvénient demeure la route cabossée et la petite pente finale pour se garer. Si les trous sont comblés à l'avenir, ce serait top ! Merci beaucoup Patrick pour votre accueil.

Michele’s Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten mit unserer großen Familie genügend Platz. Der Pool hat den kleinen viel Spaß bereitet und es gab auch extra Spiel Aktivitäten für den Pool. Die Küche ist wirklich top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir raten definitiv zu einem Mietauto. Uber ist dort einfach zu bekommen jedoch eher für 4 Personen. Möchte man ein Familien Van, wartet man vergeblich. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation.

Great place, nice and clean. Very well located. The house was spacious and clean. Very nice and large pool area shared with the other villa. Patrick was very helpful and friendly with any queries and always available.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa - très jolie, bien équipée et bien placée. L’endroit est en plus calme et paisible, et la luminosité naturelle dans toute la maison est tres agréable. Alexandre nous a très bien reçus et a été hyper réactif pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous avons toutefois eu un malentendu sur la température de la piscine avant notre arrivée - l’équipe de la Smart Family s’est engagée à corriger le descriptif dans la liste des équipements pour éviter des confusions futures. Si vous louez la maison en hiver, tâchez de vous assurer d’avoir assez de bonbonnes de gaz pour la cheminée pour la durée du séjour (principale source de chaleur dans le salon). Nous avons aussi rencontré des désagréments avec le ballon d’eau chaude. Nous sommes persuadés que l’équipe aurait été réactive pour y remédier mais avons décidé de ne pas les déranger étant donné que c’était Noël. Je recommande cette maison, et serait content d’y retourner un jour!

Maison magnifique, moderne et fonctionnelle ! propriétaire hyper sympa! On a passé un très bon moment !

La maison est fantastique: la vue est incroyable, donne sur un endroit extrêmement calme avec vue sur la pinède puis au loin, la vue sur la mer. La maison spacieuse est équipée de tout ce qu’il vous faut, rien ne manque. À recommander absolument!

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i et fantastisk hus og Tourettes sur Loup er en vidunderlig by. Kan kun anbefale dette sted.

La villa est extraordinaire. La vue à l’extérieur et la piscine sont sublimes Isy est très accueillante et répond très rapidement à nos questions et demande. La cuisine est très bien équipé en nourriture et épice non périssable ce qui est très pratique pour faire à manger dans la villa. Le village de Tourette sur loup est le plus beau village de France à mes yeux. Ont y accède très bien à pied ou en voiture. Il y a des épiceries à 5-10 min de la villa. La villa est très grande, nous étions 5 et il y avait suffisamment de place pour tout le monde. Ma pièce préférée la cuisine avec la vue. WoW. Merci pour tout Isy.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr saubere Unterkunft. Sehr freundlich und sehr schnell geantwortet. Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Rund um die Unterkunft keine Möglichkeit etwas zu unternehmen. Alles ein Stück entfernt. Zentral um sich die Städte anzusehen, nirgendwo weit zu fahren. Haus liegt direkt am Hang. Wenn man seine Ruhe will,ideal. Wenn man am Abend gerne noch bummeln geht,nicht optimal.

Court séjour d’une nuit. Villa entièrement conforme aux photos et celle-ci est très propre. Le point de vue est magnifique. Je recommande.

Siegfried and Magali were excellent hosts. Responsive when we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace otherwise. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and our family particularly enjoyed the pool house and barbecue area. It's an easy walk into the village for the bakery in the morning and restaurants in the evening. It was a shame about the thunderstorms, but we were cosy inside when the weather was bad. Thank you Siegfried and Magali for your hospitality.

Excellent séjour chez Frédéric qui a été un hôte accueillant et bienveillant. Le logement était spacieux et propre dans un environnement boisé. Espace de stationnement grand. Logement bien équipé. Le coin déjeuner près de la piscine nous a été utile pour fêter nos anniversaires. Merci à Frédéric
