Peace and Privacy But Close To Everything

No cleaning fees! A peaceful place to unwind and rest. We have a spacious bedroom suite with a private entrance located off the deck that is open for guests to use for a morning cup of coffee or take in the views. The suite has a space for everything with a table and chairs, queen bed, full bath and sofa. A Roku television and wifi complete a cozy space to relax. We are centrally located, within 15 minutes from historic Jonesborough, and 30 minutes from Johnson City, Greenville & Kingsport.

The Conner House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our apartment is new construction, outside is still a work in progress, and about 50’ from our back door. It’s above a drive under garage, but there is no access to the apartment from the garage. We love pets and made every effort to accommodate your four-legged family members. Both bedrooms have their own gated pet bedrooms and are roughly 8’ x 5’ and 5’ tall at its highest point sloping down to the floor.

The Eggplant Cottage

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. With a two minute walk into town, you can spend your evenings like a local by going to the distillery, catching live music, or sitting on the porch listening to the train (note: train is active and close to property!). 🚂 Check out local events by searching “Jonesborough Tennessee Calendar” in your search engine. Upstairs, studio-style loft located minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

Come and have a peaceful stay on our beautiful horse farm, outside of Johnson City, TN! We have over 40 horses, ponies and donkeys on 15 acres. Clean and nicely appointed modular home with room for 6+ guests with a fire pit and BBQ and large, covered porch that overlooks our outdoor riding arena.
