"This Airbnb was a surprisingly delightful find! The straightforward communication and clear instructions made check-in a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the pink bathroom? The bed was incredibly comfortable, I'm almost certain it had Tempur-Pedic qualities, indicating a real investment in guest comfort. The living room is well-arranged, and the pool table and classic arcade games provided endless entertainment. It's a fantastic space for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay. One unique aspect is its connection to a vet office. While this might seem unusual, it didn't impact our stay negatively at all. Overall, a highly recommended and memorable stay. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. The description is accurate and the instructions provided for getting to, entering, and checking out of the unit are easy to follow. Linens, beds, and furniture are clean and comfortable.

If you're in the area and need somewhere to stay, this is it! This place is really nice. It's cozy with a nice welcoming vibe to it. I met her and her husband, they were voice nice. Place was tidy, neat and had all the things you will need. They even had lotion lol. I enjoyed my stay and if I'm ever in the area i will be staying again.

The home was exactly as described and if not more. Ashley and her husband go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Everything from the bedding, linens, coffee, snacks, comfy couch and big screen TV along with a nice fire pit really help you unwind after a full day. I would highly recommend staying at the Pruett Place over any local hotel. You get more room, better accommodations and are within walking distance to restaurants. We had zero issues and would stay there again if I ever have to come to Paragould again.

Melinda is a GREAT host! We were displaced by a tornado and she was super helpful and very kind to us. Highly recommend!

The home was great. My only suggestion is to put the TV in a different location in the Master bedroom and use blackout curtains. Otherwise, it was a great spot, very peaceful and quiet and if I am ever in the area again I would make reservations here.

Nestled in the heart of downtown, everything you could possibly need is within easy reach. Restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, are all just steps away, making this the perfect base for both business and leisure travelers. It’s just quite enough to sleep the whole day away. Clean and cozy this place is a true hidden jewel. The host was the best part!! Her genuine warmth and hospitality are reflected in every aspect of this lovingly maintained loft. The space itself is a testament to thoughtful design and attention to detail. The architectural features have been beautifully preserved, creating a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every corner of this loft tells a story, from the exposed brick walls to the carefully chosen furnishings that complement the space perfectly. Jonesboros must see air Bnb!

The apartment itself was great, only real complaint is the strong cigarette smell inside. The parking area had exposed/open wiring panels and trash everywhere. But the host was wonderful, as well as the apartment itself.

As always, we enjoyed our stay at the loft. Secure parking and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. It had all that we needed for our stay.

This place was perfect. I had originally planned a trip a couple of weeks ago but it snowed so I had to cancel. Chris was so helpful and helped me get a full refund. I knew at that point that when I did decide to rebook if his place was available it would be where I stayed. It was great. Everyone raved about the bed. It lived up to the hype. I would definitely recommend his place and the next time I come back I will stay there again.
