It was a perfect stay for our trip to Raleigh. The apartment is super cute and cozy and exactly like it was described. As the hosts mention, you can definitely hear the pitter patter of kids' feet overhead early in the am. It was in a really peaceful neighborhood with a nice outdoor seating, overall just a nice vibe to it. Thank you!

The stay was perfect for a short stay to attend an event in Raleigh. I was pleased with the location, it was a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. Very close by was a Starbucks and Trader Joe’s along with lots of other options. Everything was clean and easily accessible in the home.

Adriana was an extremely friendly and proactive host. Her instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Adriana was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly as pictured in the listing. I highly recommend staying here.

This was the cutest place! So much better than a hotel. It was quiet and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place and if we are in the area again, we'll try and stay here again!

We loved the location more than anything — it was truly the highlight of our stay! The space was exactly like the pictures: updated, very nice, and perfect for two people. Being so close to restaurants and local spots made it super easy to explore the area. It can get a bit noisy at night because of how lively the neighborhood is, but if you’re a heavy sleeper, it’s no big deal. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it worked fine for us. Overall, a great stay in a stylish and convenient spot!

Great location with walkable restaurants and bars. Uber was cheap to museums and downtown area. Place was perfect for a couple of nights.

my wife and I came for a last minute stay and were pleasantly surprised! The place was so nice with very comfortable king beds, which was exactly what we needed after a stressful day. We were even able to cook a meal with food we brought in the stocked kitchen. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike, very close to downtown and a great deal for the location.

Thank you for a great stay! I came into town to spend time with family at our annual family reunion. We really enjoyed your house, it was very cozy and welcoming. The full kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and make meals for the reunion. We will definitely look for you on our next stay.

Loved our stay at the Fig! Great location close to NC State and downtown. Because of that location, and being so walkable to a bar district, there can be some road noise (and an occasional train...I'd say once a day), BUT for us it was well worth it to have an easy stroll to so many options. The Fig is very cute with an efficient layout. Bathroom is a little tight and simple, but good water pressure and again a worthy trade for location. Comfortable bed, nice natural light, good desk workspace if you need it. Quick communication and a sweet alternative to a chain hotel box.

I loved the location of the apartment. It was in the center of the busiest part of Raleigh, so there was so much to do and so much to see. Awesome restaurant collection all walking distance. The place was spacious and clean. Loved walking out to the balcony just to get some sun. There was a bathroom for each bedroom and the kitchen came equipped with everything we needed. Thank you so much for a great stay. I would definitely come here again.

Five star property! This property is in a great location across the street from the NC State University campus. Convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. The photos are perfectly accurate of the apartment, there were no surprises. We traveled by plane and were pleasantly surprised by how well the apartment was stocked with necessities. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc were all there for us which was a huge help. We had a minor issues figuring out how to get the AC to work upon our arrival and the host was extremely responsive and quick to help us resolve the AC. This was around 11:00 pm and he was there for us and super helpful. He could not have been more accommodating....A+ service! We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay there again in the future.

We were here for one night, passing through Raleigh and needed a place to get laundry done. The place was exactly as listed. Cozy and comfortable. Got laundry done, a good nights sleep, used the microwave to heat up leftovers for breakfast. We did have to call the host one time because we couldn’t get the TV remote to work. She was responsive and connected us w the owner (who is living in the main house upstairs) and got it figured out. Overall, it was a good stay.
