The Wagon Wheel was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind after a long day. The place was very comfortable and welcoming especially with our hosts being right next door in case we had any questions. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Skipping Stones Getaway with our family of five. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a peaceful retreat—surrounded by beautiful views and the kind of quiet that instantly helps you unwind. Christie and Donaven have thought of everything. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). From extra phone charging cables to those little items you might forget to pack, it was clear they’ve put a lot of care and attention into making guests feel at home. We spent our days out on the lake kayaking, soaking up the calm and beauty of the surroundings, and our evenings enjoying quality time together around the fire. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Skipping Stones Getaway is the kind of place you want to return to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to slow down, recharge, and make lasting memories in a truly lovely setting.

la casa es bantante espaciosa, nuestra familia la paso genial. Al llegar es un poco complicado, te recomiendo llegues de dia y sigas las instrucciones que proporciona el anfrition. Los cuartos son comodos. la cocina tiene utensilios, pero no tiene licuadora. te recomiendo hospedarte en la casa, es muy agradable. la tienda mas cercana esta a 24 min.

This place offers a view that can’t be described. Host is extremely kind! Everything we needed was provided aside from the food we brought ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our quick overnight. Within 30 mins of getting there a family of 4 deer came to the front yard to greet us. Very quiet area and very relaxing.

Eduardo is a responsive and helpful host. His basement apartment was the perfect place for our family to enjoy Beech Mountain. Warm, cozy, with all comforts of home provided. Very close to ski resort. Absolutely loved seeing deer right outside. Great place at a great value.

We chose this property due to its location, cost, and pictures. We were there for a quick weekend to visit family in the area. The unit was clean and comfortable. While we did not prepare meals the kitchen seemed very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The area was 100% safe and the location was excellent. Maybe a little too close to Kilwans Chocolate Store. It was quiet, even though it was located on West Jefferson's Main Street. Instructions for checkout were displayed on the refrigerator. Can't imagine anyone not being extremely happy with this unit and we would love to stay again.

If you’re planning to go to the slopes this is a perfect place. Host is responsive and nice!

This bottom floor apartment was in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood that was close to all the West Jefferson places we like to visit. It was clean and organized. I loved the little “extra thoughtful amenities” that were available if you forgot things from home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch drinking coffee relaxing while two hummingbirds hovered for a minute.

Kelly's 2nd Street Retreat is spectacular. From the high end appliances and fixtures, to the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit, the breathtaking art (Kelly is an amazing artist), exquisite decor, the comfortable beds and linens, perfect water pressure, lots of lamps and seating, my group of four felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is in the heart of West Jefferson so we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Access was super easy. We parked right in front of the unit with no problem. Kelly was friendly and responsive and communicated instructions/suggestions/recommendations clearly. Checkout instructions were clear, easy and not burdensome at all. On a scale of 10, my entire group would rate our stay at least a 15. We definitely hope to stay here again when we return to West Jefferson.

Edwin’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my fiancé. Super close to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The host also recommended great places to rent gear, etc. We loved it and would recommend their place if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the ski resort!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was cozy and our family (with two young boys) loved it and had a great visit. The food downstairs at Holy Smokes is not to be missed either. And we graciously appreciated such wonderful communication with our host. We will definitely look to visit again!

Ron and Martha were the perfect hosts for our family's Thanksgiving weekend. The house is stunning and the views breathtaking. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen which provided everything new needed to cook all weekend. Ron and Martha provided detailed directions and instructions for our arrival and parking and were super responsive to our questions. We look forward to being able to stay here again!
