Lots of room. Big private back yard for our dog to run around. Fun games in the game room. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place. Carolyn is modest with her description of her home. This is amazing. The view of the river is great. Home was decorated beautifully. My sister called it fancy. Carolyn gave total access to her home plus detailed instructions for access to the internet. She responds immediately and walks you through whatever you need. Although their are plenty of fish and crabs restaurants near, you don't want to visit one because you can catch your own right from your own private dock. The dock is screen, keeping buzzing insects out. The hom is located across from the public loading docks. I rented jet skis that delivered and picked up rather than meeting at the public dock. The dock is a bonus, especially since it rained. I could sit and watch the rain without getting wet. Probably the most amazing, I saw a dolphin. It came to the dock, looked at me, and swam away. I strongly recommend Carolyn's home.

We stayed at this place for a girls trip at Charleston and absolutely loved it!!!! The house was incredibly cute and well decorated. We loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen every night and watching movies in the living room. The host was so responsive and helpful––we told her we couldn't find the laundry detergent one night and she ordered it right away for us. We all said we were going to miss the house when we left. Absolutely would recommend!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

The property was clean and accurately represented in the description. This is a great location with easy access to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Becca provided clear instructions and we didn’t have any issues with our stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would return in the future. Thanks!

Absolutely loved our stay at Ben’s place! The kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, including all the groceries we would need and a lovely touch—organic milk waiting for us in the fridge. It's those small, considerate details that truly elevate the experience. Ben himself was an exceptional host—prompt, courteous, and genuinely attentive. Every question or concern we had was met with swift and thoughtful responses, which made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. And the flexible cancellation policy? A rare gem these days. It removed all the usual travel stress and gave us peace of mind from the get-go. A seamless, warm, and worry-free stay. Highly recommended!

Loved the 3 bedroom home for a trio for my daughters and myself. We each had our own space. We were provided with coffee and snacks. No need to run to the store for the morning coffee. Thanks for a great stay!

Love this up and coming area of North Charleston. So many things to do and easy access to Charleston, Sullivan Island and Daniel Island. Quiet complex of homes, easy in-out and parking. Great home. Will definitely return!

An exceptional stay in a beautiful space. Nice touches like bedside chargers and sound machines were appreciated. I also appreciate starter packs of detergent, trash bags, etc. The coffee station with creamer made mornings smoother. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. I took morning walks through the delightful areas around the apartment. Also, great instructions with photos on how to find the entrance. Super responsive hosts. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walkable to King St. Super easy check out. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at a beautiful place! The inside was spotless with great Charleston charm. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and supplies for cooking. The showers had great pressure and held the hot water for a good amount of time. The backyard area was even prettier than the photos and WOW was that hot tub fantastic to close out each night (helped our legs from walking so much)! Wonderful restaurants nearby and felt completely safe at all times. Would definitely recommend!

really glad we stayed here. it's a nice apartment with good amenities. Akira is really communicative and has easy instructions for everything. this was a much better value than local hotels and we got more with it. we will be back here next time we're in Charleston.

This is our second time staying at Joseph’s residence . It was just like the first time . Clean , quiet and it accommodated my family of 6 . I highly recommend and will be back .

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay for our family of 3! More affordable than staying in downtown Charleston and only a 15-20 minute drive away. Convenient that we could use the standard Graco pack n play in the closet for our baby; he slept just as good in it as he does in his crib at home. (Remember to bring your own sheets if you use it, and a mattress pad if you prefer extra cushion for them.) Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, just felt a little uncomfortable that the top of the window had no curtain/covering on it, but that could be an easy fix. Appreciated the brita filter/pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Overall very happy with our stay!

We loved our stay! The space was charming, well designed, and full of charming touches. Elena was proactive, friendly, and responsive. Might we also recommend her nearby cafe, The Chatty Magpie.

This is my second time staying in Beth's beautiful home. I can't say enough about how much of an incredible host Beth (and Joe) are. They go to incredible lengths to provide a comfortable stay. The location is great as it's within a 30 minute drive of most of the beaches and other tourist hotspots. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and Beth and Joe were there if I had any queries. Highly recommended.

Dan was flexible with our check in time, which was lovely. We could drop our luggage off before heading to the beach. Our little check ins while we were both outdoors, were perfect - not too much chat, just right. Parking was nice. And our check out was easy peasy. Dan was super patient with our GSD so that was a major bonus.

Wonderful location, the breakfast is fantastic! Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Charleston!

Words can not describe this spectacular house and Amazing host! Felt like we were at home! Beautifully decorated! The jam and pimento cheese were spectacular!

We enjoyed beautiful weather during our whole trip. Sandie’s home is a delightful environment, especially the morning room where you will enjoy a wonderful home cook breakfast every day. DELICIOUS! The home is located in the best neighborhood in Summerville, beautiful houses surround, quiet area and very private. Just a short drive to all your sightseeing areas in Charleston. Sandie is very accommodating, has a good sense of humor, and very willing to please. We enjoyed her as a host and would definitely return. The room itself offers a large closet for storage, very light and bright room with 3 large windows and a super comfortable bed. This is located on an upper level but only 4 steps up. Sandie is a dynamic host and LOVES being your host. What else could you ask for? A 5+ hostess!

If you’re on the fence, get in with The Chick Inns! 🐔🏠💖 Monica (host) was wonderful to spend time with. She’s kind, considerate, funny, a great conversationalist, down-to-earth, & very accommodating. Breakfasts were delicious, creative, & kept me energized throughout the day. On St. Patrick’s Day, we had adorable 4 leaf clover cinnamon rolls!🍀 The whole family is wonderful, and not only makes you comfortable to be around them, but really look forward to their company throughout the day. The animals are well-behaved sweethearts, clearly well-loved & taken care of. Wonderful kids with awesome personalities. For my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with the coolest rainbow cake I’d ever seen! The host’s son made it himself; it was beyond thoughtful! 🎂 The home is beautifully decorated, the bed so cozy you’ll want to hibernate. When you leave a hotel, you feel a bit relieved, but that’s not the case with The Chick Inn. You’ll miss being here, it feels like home & family. 10/10
