We had an amazing time at Felicia and Scott’s lake house. The house comes with everything you need and more. Our family enjoyed every inch of the house: dock, boat house, porch with fire pit, and top deck. The quiet little cove the house backs up to was amazing and offered us a safe place to enjoy in our favorite water activities: kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a really lovely time! This is definitely a place for a quiet, lowkey get away.

Beautiful house! Had all the kitchen amenities needed and the big screen porch was the favorite hang out place. Was very convenient to have a high chair for the little already at the house.

We had a great stay! A few friends and I went down for a relaxing birthday weekend. The place was perfect and there was a great amount of space for everyone! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed and more. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so spacious and was perfect for my group of friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie's place. Just what we needed for the family during our kids spring break. Plenty of room for the family and the views and landscape around the property were amazing. Katie was a very proactive host and always responded very quickly to our questions about the house or the local area. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely look to stay here again. Thank you!

This was our family’s second visit to Jennifer’s Lake Gaston house for Thanksgiving and we so enjoyed our time there! The house is spacious with a beautiful and quiet location on the lake. It’s so generous of the host to allow use of the kayaks and canoe, which makes this place truly extra special. The dock and other outdoor spaces are also lovely and the area is great for taking long walks. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Jennifer is an extremely responsive host.

We loved coming here. It was the perfect get away. We enjoyed coffee in the am, kayaks and fishing all day and delighted in the evening. Everything was easy to find around the house, very intuitive. We enjoyed the water so much, it was so serene. Thank you for making this place available to us, we will be back!

It’s difficult to put into words how incredible our stay was. We had two boys with us (6 & 10) and our 11 year old pup. Mike went above and beyond in accommodating us the entire stay. We would like to return to Mike’s lake house every year and make it a summer tradition while the kids are still young. The boat house/dock area is where we spent the majority of our time. It was huge with plenty of place to relax. The photos simply do not do the space justice. Mike had tubes and floats available for use and a sound system down by the dock. Playing music (at a respectful volume) made our stay so much more enjoyable. The depth off the dock was 10ft, which made diving into the water so much more fun, without having to worry about a mucky lake floor. The kitchen is new, as are the appliances. It does lake a dishwasher, but Mike had everything we needed to clean/dry the dishes before we departed. What a trip! We hope to be back next year if it’s still available.

Jenn and Bob were great hosts! The lake was absolutely perfect for my family and what we were looking for. We had never heard of Lake Gaston or been to this part of NC but we are big fans now and will definitely be back. The amenities were great! Littleton is such a cute little quiet town. There were a few good restaurants close by but we enjoyed cooking most meals! We will certainly be back.

This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

This was an absolute beautiful place. Everything was exactly exactly like the description super clean. Everything you needed was right there highly recommend if you’re in the area to look at this property. I definitely will be staying here again next time I’m down this way. It’s perfect. You’re far enough away from the city but yet close enough to everything you need.

Description of house was spot on. Responsive friendly host accommodating all of our needs. The pet set up was perfect for our little ones. We want to return for a longer stay in the summer to enjoy the water. 10/10z

This was our 5th year staying here. Very satisfied as usual. Great place to stay. Great host. Never an issue. Already planning next year. Maybe a fall trip this year.

We needed a peaceful get-away for the few days that both my daughters and my wife had time off from school, and Susan's place fit the bill perfectly! The home is cozy, warm and inviting - upon entering it for the first time my 19 yo daughter exclaimed "I love this place" so I knew I did something right by renting it. Everything was advertised from amenities to the peacefulness of the surroundings. We had no interest in going anywhere so we brought everything with us and that worked out great, which would be my advice! Thank you again Susan for hosting us for a perfect weekend in your lovely cabin we can't wait to get there again soon!

My experience with David was 10/10, he was very easy to communicate with and helped us out with anything we needed throughout the entire stay.

Such a cute, cozy house. The lake view was wonderful and it was so peaceful and quiet. The screened in back porch was very relaxing and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Very nice house, great veranda with a BBQ and a view to the lake. Check-in and check-out were very easy!

Our stay at Kristen's Lakefront Paradise was exceptional. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations - making the reservation, communication with Kristen, super easy to check-in, immaculately clean, and so many touches to make the cabin perfect and cozy! The location was ideal for a relaxing getaway. Kristen suggested restaurants and other things to do in close proximity that we enjoyed. There were so many extras that made everyone in the family happy. We loved the view, deck (comfortable furniture), outdoor area, and games. No need to be concerned with toiletries and many other "extras". We absolutely plan to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time, The home was really nice and had every thing we needed. My son liked the boat dock and ramp. He has a 22 ft. ponton and didn,t have any trouble docking it. Loved the screened in porch, and the home was really nice and clean. We would stay there again. We caught some fish, but it was a little windy, but the weather was nice. Belinda was really nice and helpful. Hope she will have us again. Thanks the Woods

We had a wonderful Friendsgiving at this house. It’s renovated tastefully and we loved it. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay!

Can’t say enough good things about this place or the hosts! Such a unique and beautiful home! The property is equally as beautiful. We loved staying here. The pool table and ping pong was great to unwind at night. Not only that but Christina went above and beyond during our stay; we had to change our stay dates and extend our stay. She was super responsive and kind. Would love to stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Very nice space for larger family, we enjoyed having a separate hang space for kids in the basement. Also enjoyed using the kayaks and having a place to dock our boat under cover was great. Luckily our boat fit ( barely) to get through the culvert from the marina! House layout is pretty good, kitchen island is a bit awkward, tricky for multiple people to be in. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had a very nice stay.
