We've been staying at rentals for many years while on vacation. Sheila was bar far the best and quickest with her communication with us. The home itself offers more amenities in the kitchen than we ever expected. If you need it, she's got it for your kitchen needs. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Everything was clean and spotless. We will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! In town for our annual family fishing trip on he Detroit River and this was the perfect base camp. My Grandmother was able to prepare the finest meals imaginable thanks to the well equipped kitchen and space. We had one minor issue with the fridge during our stay but Brittany jumped into action and had it fixed up within a few hours. The space allowed us to rest well, share laughs in the common areas and all sit at the dinner table. It was perfect for our needs and very well managed. Thank you again Brittany!

We had a relaxing stay! We enjoyed sitting out back in the sunshine!

Very nice four bedroom house. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything needed for cooking a meal. Showers strong. Good washer and dryer. Pool table in the basement is great! Only drawback was since we are in wintertime did not get to use the pool! Would stay again 100%.

I visited Nik's place with my friends and their families and we had a great time there. The property was very well maintained and there were lots of activities to do indoor and outdoor! The swimming pool was unfortunately not usable during my visit! Hopefully that gets fixed the next time!!

Had a fantastic stay at Sue's place. House was located in a very quiet, peaceful and private location. Pool was an added bonus and was warm and large. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out and well equipped. Close proximity to Pelee Winery, grocery store and many other stores. We hated to leave and will definitely be back!

John is a friendly, delightful, and helpful host! His house is spacious, fun, and perfect for family gatherings! Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at Baypoint, The golf cart was key to have to go over to Bay Point amenities. The parking is tight when you have a truck, but we made it worked. The workout room and sauna was very nice.

the stay was nice, the kitchen had most everything to cook, bathrooms were clean, we accidentally broke a cutting board while cleaning it and he was very understanding of it. was great to work with him and will definitely book again in the future if I'm in the area again :)

Everything about our stay was great. The only issue that we had while here was the Internet being so unreliable tried to troubleshoot it myself by unplugging, router, etc. still didn’t fix the issues that we’re having and the issue actually was the connection to the Internet once our devices were connected, there was no issue.

Brian was very helpful and responsive and the view on the lake was amazing!

Was in the area for a volleyball tournament at cedar point so was big enough to host multiple coaches! Loved the area, close to the venue and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great stay in a wonderfully set-up home. Terry's attention to detail and effort to create a pleasant space were evident throughout the property. Definitely will recommend to Friends and Family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Ypsilanti!

The place was extremely beautiful and in great condition. The views were incredible and we had an amazing time.

This little home is nicely finished and absolutely spotless! Also dog friendly with a nice fenced backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our crazy group! Friends and Family. Plenty of space for everyone. Had a water leak, but that was addressed. Felt secluded from neighbors which was a great feature of the location. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay in your home.

John is a great host and was very accommodating to our needs.

The Cottage House was perfect for our family. It was a great space and had plenty of room for our 4 kids and great dane. There is 1 TV which the kids took over immediately, but there is board games available for family entertainment. The house had all the kitchen supplies you could need. We don't usually eat out and we made our meals at home, so I don't know about the local restaurants. Most activities are within a 15 min drive though. The house itself has a large wooded area behind it that was great for walks. Our dog loved that the most. There is a big fire pit with logs available. We wished we would have used it but we were so worn out by Cedar Point that we never got to. David and Guilda were very responsive hosts. They provided a lengthy list of things to do and recommendations for restaurants. This is a great place to stay.

Location, location, location!!! The beach was just a 5 minute walk (even with loads of beach toys, chairs, and floats- all provided by Cindy!) All 5 of our children (ages 1-18) enjoyed their time- fun for all ages! Cindy was overly accommodating for us throughout our time there. We have officially fallen in love with Lake Erie! 😍

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

Jessica was the best host i’ve ever had. She was extremely helpful with our trip to Cedar Point, she gave us good recommendations on things to do and she responded very quickly. She let us have a later checkout date when we were leaving which was very convenient! The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The next time I come back to Cedar Point I will be staying here again!

We met up with family to stay on the lake for several days, and it was just perfect. We had 8 adult sized folks, and we fit in just perfectly. The location is just amazing...right on the lake with access to swimming and kayaks. The place felt more roomy than the pictures...there is a really nice sitting room where most of us could sit, plus two screened in porches and plenty of seating outside. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Central air was key for us and provided a nice respite from the heat. We drove 30 minutes to Cedar Point, and it was close enough that we came home for a few hours to take a break from the heat and went back for the evening. Hosts were just super on it, proactive, and very helpful. Highly recommend. Oh and the outdoor shower really was a highlight. Sounds silly, but we all loved it!
