Buen lugar por el precio, las camas principales que son dos son cómodas, sin embargo las 2 camas secundarias que están bajo las primeras son demasiado duras porque el colchón es muy delgado. Lo que las hace incómodas

El lugar cumple perfectamente con la descripción. El apartamento estaba bien aseado, bien dotado y el anfitrión siempre atento y formal. Se siente uno un poco encerrado pues no tiene ventanas, sin embargo, la estadía fue perfecta para nosotros. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, no tan cerca del parque principal pero con facilidades de transporte. Sebastián nos sugirió lugares para visitar, nos facilitó alquiler de parqueadero y en sí fue muy satisfactorio para nosotros la estadía en este lugar. Lo recomiendo 100%

Excelente lugar, muy limpio, igual que las fotos, la anfitriona muy amable, carismática, atenta y super amigable. muy cerca al parque, al rededor se encuentran muy buenos restaurantes, muy bien equipado, con productos de aseo y cocina, como microondas, cafetera, platos, utensilios, también muy buen punto lo del agua caliente. muy bonito el closet, la cama espectacular, en general muy moderno aseado y bonito el único destella es que queda justo en una carretera, entonces se escucha el ruido exterior, aparte de que también se escucha el ruido del piso de arriba, para nosotros no fue un problema, pero si alguien tiene el sueño muy liviano para descansar en las tardes puede ser un poco molesto, pero para nosotros todo bien.

El lugar muy iluminado, muy cercano al parque, tiene todos los implementos como cobijas, almohadas, etc. necesarias para una buena estadía.

The balcony overlooking the street was fabulous. I sat there for many hours reading and watching the activity on the street. The apartment was very quiet and the neighborhood was tranquile. We walked to everything: it was all close. There was a wide range of restaurants nearby. I would recommend spending at least 4 nights here to experience it all.

Hermoso apartamento, cada detalle fue pensado y organizado con amor. Encontramos todo lo que necesitamos para estar cómodos y doña Alba siempre fue muy dispuesta y amable para ayudarnos. El apartamento está cerca al parque para ir caminando, pero en una zona muy tranquila para descansar y estar relajados. Estuvimos con nuestra mascota y tenía un balcón y espacios amplios para estar cómodo.

El apartamento cumple con lo descrito, todo muy limpio y bonito. Ubicado en una zona tranquila y con una vista fantastica.

My wife and I didn't want to leave Jardin. The apartment was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to anything in town yet on the edge of town with an amazing view from the balcony. The pictures really do not do the view justice. The sound of the rushing river down below was like having our own white noise machine and lulled us to sleep each night. Check in was a little awkward as we had to sit outside the businesses on the ground floor of the building while we waited. We knew we had the right building but not sure what to do but wait for someone to let us in. In the end, it was just a door with a video monitor beside it that was the entrance. In the end though, the apartment was great and we'd certainly stay there again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Jardin.

Impecable. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. A pesar de estar muy cerca del parque principal, se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, lo que nos permitió descansar y dormir perfectamente. Andrés fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Incluso nos permitió hacer el check-in un poco antes, ya que estábamos en el pueblo y el apartamento ya estaba listo. La persona que nos entregó las llaves también fue muy amable y cordial. La estadia fue excelente de principio a fin. :)

Lugar exacto a la descripción, sólo estuvimos unas horas. Genial que tenga lavadora para los que hace días estamos en viaje

Both Mauricio and his apartment are great. Easily walkable to the central plaza without being right in the plaza which could be noisy. The apartment is great! Well laid out, clean, comfortable. Jardín is grey and staying here made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Mauricio!

Urban Studios is a great place to stay when visiting Medellin. This is my second time staying at this location and love the building , the security staff and Sandra and team are great. I highly recommend!!

A rough start turned out great. The good. Sebastian: This man goes above and beyond, he’s great and made my stay one to remember forever. Booked a couple excursions with him and he went out of his way every time to make sure we had fun every time. I even forgot my passport at the room while at the airport and they made it happen and got me my documents on time. Thank you! Location: This Airbnb is located right at the tail end of Provenza. Great location for local nightlife! Look’s just like the picture’s. Few things to note: Only one hot tub has heat and it did not work most of my stay, the other is just a mini pool. The bath in the third bedroom is just that, a big bath with a shower. Communication in app need’s work, too many hosts with no communication between each other made thing’s super frustrating with me in the beginning. I’d clear up an issue with one host and another would message me about the same thing over and over. Shower goes from hot/cold quickly.

“CENTRAL PARK WEST” of Medellín. First the area was absolutely beautiful. With trees and greenery everywhere. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great restaurants, malls, gyms in close proximity. Now the place: very rarely do you find an Airbnb that exceeds the pictures. This place does it. The place is bigger than the pictures show. The SPA area within the apartment was phenomenal. Modern appliances. Great lighting. 24 hour security. Pool table, video games. Easy check in and check out. No complaints. Only compliments! Now the host: Sean and his team were phenomenal. Always responsive. Proactively checks in. Very knowledgeable of the surroundings. I had a an emergency meeting at work and Sean allowed me to check in 3 hours early. In order to log in. In conclusion: I have been to many airbnbs over the last 10 years. “POUND FOR POUND”, Sean’s place is the best! Whenever I am in Medellín, I will always look for Sean’s place. I highly RECOMMEND. 👍🏾👌🏾

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was stunning—cozy, inviting, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony were beautifully designed and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for more! I’d 100% recommend this gem to anyone and would love to return for another stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! They even left us a couple of snacks, for free!!

Great apartment in the heart of poblado. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and good for the three of us. Host was very responsive answering all questions and giving us great recommendations.

Manuela is amazing! I’ve stayed here again and again, and it’s always a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and this incredible host. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with a perfect 1-bedroom layout in Medellín. The outdoor space is one of my favorite parts—the jacuzzi is large, warm, and perfect for relaxing, and there’s even a cute hammock where you can chill and enjoy the vibes. The building staff are also fantastic—always friendly and professional. Manuela is incredibly helpful, offered great recommendations, and answered all my questions quickly. She even helped me out with a few things I needed during my time in the city. Absolutely love this spot—can’t wait to come back!
