Overall we loved our stay. The hosts were great and easy to work with. The home was honestly bigger than I expected inside and the location was perfect! The home was clean and there was plenty of necessities to not find ourselves scrambling to get new things. Definitely recommend this home and hope to come back again ourselves!

House was fantastic! Great weekend get away with a beautiful view and great amenities and atmosphere. Chris was great and had everything lined out for us. Will be back!

Melissa was so very helpful, worked with me on getting checked in a little early as I was in town for a wedding, anytime I reached out she responded and was always so sweet. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area!!

One of the nicest Airbnb I have stayed at in Lakes Charles. Better than a hotel! Spacious and comfortable. Had everything you may need in the kitchen, washer & dryer, comfy beds and a great high pressure shower head! Right across the street from the hospital and Dunkin Donuts is within walking distance. :) Only complaint is in one of the bedrooms you are able to hear the next door neighbors walk around and talk in the bedroom that shares the same wall…if you are a light sleeper then bring earplugs. We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

A magical retreat we’ll never forget❤️ What an unbelievable stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a hidden gem designed with love and care. The kids were all smiles—kayaking, fishing, kicking the soccer ball across the open yard, and playing cornhole under the cozy covered space beneath the cabin. One of the most peaceful moments was watching the wood ducks glide across the water at sunset, gently landing on their little house. Nature truly put on a show for us. Inside, the cabin was a dream—warm, inviting, and full of thoughtful touches. The sound of rain dancing on the tin roof was its own lullaby. The coffee bar was a delight each morning, and soaking in the garden tub with bath bombs felt like a mini spa day. Each room told a story, lovingly decorated with nods to local treasures—like the Tabasco Factory and Jungle Gardens on Avery Island, and Rip Van Winkle Gardens on Jefferson Island. It felt like the spirit of the region was wrapped into every detail

We had the most incredible stay at this impeccable beach house. The place was squeaky clean, beautifully maintained, and exuded a tranquil, relaxing vibe that made it hard to leave. The host was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Every detail was perfect, from the stunning beach views to the cozy, inviting interior. I’d love to come back again and again—this gem is a true paradise!

We were in town for business, and this house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, very organized, easy to get to, and close to town. We will be staying here in the future!

This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!
