We had a nice long weekend at Luis's place with our dog. The fully fenced yard was great for our dog to get out and private for us to enjoy. We also loved that a large park was only a few blocks walk away. The kitchen we well-stocked with everything we needed to cook a couple meals and the rest of the place was very clean. We'd certainly recommend and would stay again in the future!

The space was as described and pictured! The adults and children enjoyed the open concept, game room, and outdoor space.

This is a jewel of a retro-designed home —spacious, tastefully decorated, stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and views of the Hudson with great access to newburgh and beacon downtowns. Great communication and flexibility on check in and out. Would definitely stay again! Thanks

This home was absolutely amazing and served its purpose perfectly for our Eastern Regional Conference! The space was incredibly spacious and the bathrooms were lovely definitely a highlight. Our host was extremely responsive throughout the weekend, which made the experience even better. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but as soon as we reached out, he contacted a plowing service who came and cleared the snow so we could move our cars and carry on with our plans. That level of attentiveness was truly appreciated. The jacuzzi was a great time as well. He also allowed us to do a late check out on Sunday so we could enjoy breakfast together before leaving such a thoughtful gesture. We’re already looking forward to booking again!

This was our second time staying here and we loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. Charles was very responsive and friendly. It was close to some of the activities we had planned with our family. We’ll be back!

We only had a day there, and we wished we could’ve stayed longer. We really enjoyed the home and the surroundings. The hot tub was ready when we got there, and my wife and I loved it. It was the perfect temperature and so serene in the beautiful woodsy backdrop. Coffee on the deck overlooking the koi pond was so nice. As for the house, we only used one bedroom, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials and more. The co-hosts were incredibly responsive to questions. High A++ to the hosts and property all around!

We enjoyed a beautiful early spring stay on the farm with a group of 7 ladies, gathering for a chill bachelorette weekend in Cold Springs. The farmhouse was super cozy; great for cooking, crafting, games, tea time, outdoor wine picnics, star gazing at night in the hot tub and making friends with the chickens! A great retreat spot for groups with all the amenities!

Caterina’s place is perfectly located—just a few blocks from the vibrant public market, which made for an ideal Saturday morning outing. It’s also only a block from Porter's Pub, a lively spot with great food and drinks. The fenced-in yard was a huge bonus for our pup, giving us peace of mind and him plenty of space to roam. Caterina’s local recommendations were incredibly helpful and much appreciated. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and we will be back.

The place was clean, beds were comfy and Alexandra was a great responsive host who accomadated us checking in early and helping us with extra linens. The hit for the kids was the recreation area at the bottom of the complex with indoor basketball and tennis courts (and pool). The location is great for visiting Camelback and a 10 minute drive to outlets and grocery stores. One of the rooms is a loft so be mindful that you can hear whatever's going on in the living room and you do have to walk down a flight of steps with luggage to access unit. But our stay was amazing and we had a great time.

This place is a 10/10. It had so much fun stuff to do in the house that we didn’t even need to leave! I definitely want to book again in the summer so we can enjoy the hammock and the fire pit, unfortunately it was raining and snowed. But it was still a blast! I loved it!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. loved the pool table, darts and shall shuffleboard. lots of good wineries and cider places within 25 mins. pennings is our fav. didn't use the hot tub so couldn't comment but looked nice and private. driveway is steep but easily driveable. recommended. also didn't have coffee filters and they paid for some to be delivered same day! sweet.

This property and the host were both wonderful. The views and scenery did not disappoint. Being able to watch the deer peacefully walk by and enjoy the beautiful views I'll never forget. The property is private, perched attop a small mountain, with a large fenced in backyard perfect for the pup to get some exercise. Great hiking trails nearby. The host was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Overall a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We appreciated the attention to detail in the amenities and the thoughtful touches that included our dog. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The setting is beautiful! I loved having my morning coffee watching the lake. The little lake house was perfect for a weekend getaway. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return soon! We 100% recommend it.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

The house had everything my friends and I needed. Games to play indoors, activities by the water, easy to use hot tub, kitchen and bathroom supplies. The space has plenty of room to hang out and a beautiful kitchen. Great views of the lake with a large yard. We all had a wonderful time and the hosts were kind and always respond quickly. We would love to come back for a summer trip!

We had a perfect long weekend at Steven's cottage. It is bigger than it looks in the photos and was immaculately clean when we arrived. Steven was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs. The place is incredibly peaceful, a 2 min walk from the lake, on a private road where Steven owns all three houses. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating to spend time at this oasis with my partner and our best friends. There's a lot to love, but the best part is that the house comes with a private deck and dock, and unlimited access to various boats, to make your lake weekend whatever you want it to be. We loved that we could take our dogs to play fetch off the dock and not worry about getting in anyone's way or having to share any space. It was a great stay and we hope to go back!

Great place! Very spacious unit with nice kitchen area (big fridge!) and super comfy bed. Amy was very attentive and took care of all our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Our family loved staying at Elyse's home! The big kids had a blast playing the games in the basement while the grown-ups enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elyse went out of her way to ensure the driveway and walkways were salted as there was a lot of ice. She was a wonderful host and we would definitely return!

Aankomen in de accomodatie na een lange vlucht voelde als thuiskomen. Gezellige studio met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het extra bedje was ook opgemaakt voor onze zoon. Er was koffie, thee, zeep, shampoo, conditioner, kamerjassen, oordopjes, oorstokjes, enz. Veel extra´s dus, zeer leuk en je hoeft dit dus niet meer mee te zeulen in je bagage. De buurt was ´s nachts erg rustig en toch ben je dichtbij Manhattan. Op 14 minuten sta je in de Path terminal die je in 20 minuten naar hartje Manhattan brengt. De eerste nacht hadden we last van een tikkend geluid, dit bleek de verwarming te zijn. Die zet je dus best af. Ons verblijf verliep voor de rest perfect. Dianna reageert ook snel bij vragen. De perfecte host!

We had a nice and peaceful stay. We had an event in the area and Ava’s place was just minutes from where we were going. It was absolutely convenient. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The host checked on us as soon as we arrived and made herself available. And checked on us during our stay. What I enjoyed the most was how easy the host made booking and the actual stay. It was definitely a pleasure.

I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment me and my family arrived, we were blown away by how impeccably clean the entire space was. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, the beds were extremely comfortable and it truly felt like a home away from home. The area is so peaceful, my dog had a ball being able to enjoy open space. The host was absolutely amazing, super friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. Communication was seamless, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I have already recommended this place to my friends and other family members, and I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all the way!

Perfect place for us—2 retired’s, 2 of our grown children, their spouses, a grandbaby and 2 dogs! Plenty of room, great kitchen and dr table to accommodate all. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs; the rest of property frequented by many deer which was fun to view. Screened porch great plus. Much fun in game room. Big screen TV’s great for our sports viewing. Great neighborhood for walking. The mattress in mbr too firm for one of us but the other liked. Elyse very responsive to any inquiry though hardly necessary. Every need thoughtfully anticipated. Great host. Even left welcome tray of goodies and fire starters. We liked every restaurant we tried nearby—Forks, Butter, PourHouse, Taproom @Skytop—and great grocery store down the street. Beautiful home, great area, and would definitely stay here again.
