This is a great place if you have an extended stay for work. Quiet and has security cameras everywhere. The host was responsive and helped me out the couple times I had questions. I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

I was so happy that I chose Janae’s apartment listing. I wanted to give 5 stars immediately when I walked in. I was so relaxed and felt like I was home. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Everything was very accommodating!! I really hope I get another opportunity to stay again.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The place is very nice and clean and Will recommend it for sure, the only problem our first night the AC is not working so the manager was very kind to transfer us into another room, but overall the manager is very kind and helpful. Place is clean and oh yeah you can use the poolside as well which is very nice because my kids enjoyed the stay and the poolside. Check this place out!

Stayed here for month. Nice cozy apartment, surrounded by greenery. It's about 20 mins drive from downtown, and there's plenty eateries & grocery shopping options on the way here. Jerome's an incredible host, very responsive. I had an issue with the TV in the unit, complained to him around 7.45 pm and by 9.30 pm he replaced the TV with a new unit. The unit was clean and kitchen is equipped with utensils to cook / heat up food.

The place is so peaceful, plenty of amenities, and beautiful views! We enjoyed afternoon walks on the boardwalk. The condo was comfortable and felt like home. Thanks for the great stay😁

Heather’s place is perfect for our little family. So much better than staying at a hotel when parents need a little extra privacy. The pool amenities were perfect and having the small fitness center close by was a perk in the early am. And the couch was so comfy to hang out on and chill. This is a great place if you are in town as a plant worker or a small family visiting your plant worker or visiting locally.

It was a great short stay. Everything was just as it looked on the site. It is out of the way of traffic but close to everything. It is on a deadend location so there is very little traffic and lots of open areas nearby.

I had a perfect stay at Sharon’s place. The home was spotless, exactly as described—actually even better than expected. Check-in was super easy, the location was peaceful, and Sharon was incredibly responsive and kind throughout. One of the best stays I’ve had—highly recommended!

Had a great time at the condo. Beautiful view of the sail boat marina from the back porch. Very clean and would stay again in the future.
