Matt was a great host from the moment I booked! He was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had quickly. The place was beautiful and just as described. Everyone felt very comfortable and at home. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great time, cabin was clean and well stocked and hosts were easy to communicate with. I particularly enjoyed the loft area and the views from up there. Saw bears on two occasions on the road leading to the cabin which was very cool. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This was the PERFECT SPOT! Close enough to busy areas like Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountains, North Carolina and many other areas, but still very private for when you wanted to sit back and relax in the beautiful surroundings near the cabin or relax in the private hot tub. Tony and Eugene were the perfect hosts. They thought of everything you would want or need and were very thoughtful with extra special touches. They responded quickly to anything we might have had a question about or if we were looking for suggestions on places to see and things to do. We spent 2 weeks here and it felt just like home. We would highly recommend Rabbits Nest to anyone who is going to this area. It's exactly as they describe. Thank you so much Tony & Eugene for sharing this piece of heaven with us!

This place is INCREDIBLE! Between busy work and grad school schedules, it can often be difficult for my husband and I to find time to relax and unwind. As soon as we stumbled across Ken's place though, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for! The quiet and secluded place created the perfect atmosphere for a rejuvenating weekend getaway. We were easily able to turn our phones off, and tune into the nature surrounding us on every side. We slept to the sounds of the waterfalls at night and sat outside to soak in the sunshine and beautiful scenery during the day. This property was truly one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed, and we can't wait to visit again. Thank you, Ken!!

Real happy I stumbled on this. Was passing through Knoxville on a road trip and had little sleep, was planning drive 5 more hours but just couldn't do it. Last minute looked for a place to stay and found this gem. Exactly the R&R I needed before another day of heavy driving. Got in right before sunset, check in was simple, just pull up to your tent and get inside. Tent has its own parking spot. It's a gravel road getting up. My car is really low so I had a little trouble getting up the hill but I made it, just have to be careful. Again, last minute booking. Got up for the sunrise, took a little walk, used the outdoor shower and was on my way again. I was on my own but it's a good couple getaway too. Tent has 2 beds. Can't speak for longterm use but for my in and out situation it was perfect.

An Unforgettable Smoky Mountains Cabin Stay! This cabin gave us the *true* Smoky Mountains experience — peaceful, rustic charm with just the right mix of fun extras. From the moment we arrived, the cozy wood interiors, crackling fireplace made it feel like a perfect getaway. What really surprised us (in the best way) were the entertainment options — the retro video games were a nostalgic blast, and once we figured out the power button for the pinball machine (tip: it's right under the game), we were hooked! We also ventured out and loved the local whisky tasting — such a unique touch of Tennessee flavor — and the nearby aquarium was a hit. On top of all that, I accidentally left my curling iron behind and the hosts were kind enough to mail it back to me. Truly above and beyond hospitality. Would absolutely stay here again.

This cabin was the perfect place for my family! It was so clean and we had plenty of space with everything we could need to create a home away from home. The location was perfect! We were 20 minutes away from Pigeon Forge with such a friendly, beautiful neighborhood. Perfect for a morning walk! Kym was definitely the best host I've ever worked with! She kept in touch with us our entire visit and provided great suggestions for local places to visit. We will definitely be back!
