Great quiet place away from the busy tourist areas. We had three families in the house and it was plenty big for all of us to sleep. We did run into issues eating as we had to stand since there are only 6 seats at the table and we had 12. There were barstools, but they were about as high as the island. Also, it’s hard to have 12 people moving around in the kitchen, make sure you have one person cooking at a time. As my family says, it’s a two butt kitchen and not one more will fit. The other issue was we read plenty of towels. With the 4 provide beach towels, we had enough. We regretted not bringing our own towels as we were constantly running out or using really small ones even hand towels to bathe. Lastly, while the bedroom was quiet, the beds were mushy and should definitely be replaced. We are all in our 40s or close to it so our backs were hurting. The couch, game area, movie theatre, and outside campfire area was great! There is plenty of parking for 3 mini vans too! Thank you.

Riverside Retreat was a very nice place to stay during our visit to the mountains. it was easy to find, check in was a breeze and the place had lots of room to spread out, yet be together. The neighborhood is in a beautiful setting with lots of rolling hills, pastures and mountain views. We would definitely enjoy booking with Jen and Mike again soon.

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

We loved our stay at this home. Host was very welcoming and responsive. Loved that it was peaceful but still close to restaurants and shopping. The roads were all paved to get to the home, including the driveway. The home had everything you need for a comfortable and entertaining stay. The game room was so much fun, especially the vintage arcade games, the three bedrooms were beautifully decorated, porch was peaceful. Loved the fenced backyard, hot tub, and bon fire. My daughter and I met my daughter and her husband here for a short vacation. One of the first things we all noticed was how roomy the home felt with tall ceilings...this is coming from a tall family so this is greatly appreciated. So thankful we found this amazing home for our trip to the Smokies!

The location is perfect. Distance to the parkway and attractions was great. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Possibly the best Airbnb we have stayed at, everything was walking distance , nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Every room had a balcony and its own restroom. Will definitely stay here again.

We visited TN to see my sister and the house was so cozy. It was nice to have her over & grill out. The house looked like the pictures & very comfortable. The host gave us check-in instructions that were easy to follow. I would highly recommend it as it was like home away from home. The back porch setting was beautiful with all the trees. Thank you!

Our cabin was nothing short of amazing! Clean, beautiful location, and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and movie room. Our host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us, which we’re very grateful for. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future!

Excellent vacation in this home! Housed 10 comfortably. We had breakfast on the porch, fun outings during the day, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and played card games at the dining table. It was a peaceful and private neighborhood with a scenic drive to and from. I recommend this home for your next trip to Tennessee!

Had a wonderful family vacation. Everything in the house was great and Elizabeth and Brittany were extremely accommodating and responded quickly with any questions I had. Would book this again!

Beautiful place with plenty of room for ten people to stay. Very helpful host and comes with plenty to do. Located perfectly for visiting the surrounding cities. Place was very clean and simplistic. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend.

Cute little trailers. It was quite cold, but that is because it’s winter time. She had space heaters in each trailer and it only took a bit to warm them all up. Bath house is super cozy and clean! She always responded right away and made sure we had everything we needed! Next time we come back it will be in the warmer months, but this was the perfect option to bring our human AND fur children.

Once again we enjoyed our stay and your hospitality. Thank you so much for the kind gifts. I can’t wait to make the biscuits and try the preserves.

Pam was very helpful in helping us find local venders that we needed to get our home project moving. Very responsive to our request and patient with our constant extending our check out due to delays in our home construction.

We look forward to staying again next visit to the area. Dandridge is a place to fall for, the lake is serene, and the quiet is most appreciated. We were so busy relaxing that we didnt do all the things on our fun list so we will have to come visit again soon!

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

Loved it here I would honestly come back. The rules are literally common house rules and Samuel will make sure whatever you need is provided for you. Just ask and you will receive it from him yourself!

10/10 would definitely recommend! The place was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy, and the gaming table is AWESOME. It’s the perfect little place for a romantic get away, or a solo trip. Will for sure be back!
