Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, modern, spacious and had a great layout. The building itself was also very clean and felt new throughout. We enjoyed the clubhouse amenities and rooftop views of the Ohio River and Louisville. Parking was easy and we really liked the nightly garbage valet pickup. The location can’t be beat. It was super close to Jeffersonville which was a nice area with restaurants and coffee shops. It was also 5 min away from downtown Louisville, and close to the Falls of Ohio State Park, which has an Interpretative Center, outdoor fossil beds, picturesque views, and a brand new playground near by.

We loved this place! It was clean and quiet. The rooftop was really nice and the clubhouse was cool! We definitely stay here again! Ashlee is wonderful!!

Serena's place was just as described. There is plenty of room and everything was nicely appointed. The location was great in that you are close to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. Thanks!

Robert was a great host and very responsive and detailed with instructions. We had a question when we first got there and I had called and he immediately called me right back with all the information I was looking for and then some. We definitely recommend Robert’s place to stay. The river was a huge bonus for views.

We enjoyed our stay at Alan’s place. Once inside, it was well appointed, had a clean kitchen, enough space for a guys trip to not feel cramped. Being able to relax and watch basketball or play pool, watch tv or hang out was great after busy days hiking or visiting the bourbon trail. Maybe just one point of advice is to know that the location is near a highway, which meant some more street noise than I was used to. Thanks again Alan!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The view was absolutely stunning, and we found ourselves just soaking it all in. We would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

Beautiful neighborhood. Walkable to downtown area with local shops and the water. House was totally worth the money and was a great experience and stay. No issues.

The views are amazing, the place is beautiful and very clean, and all the extra thoughtful accommodations that are provided are above and beyond anywhere we have stayed before. The instructions provided in advance were extremely helpful and therefore we didn't have to reach out to the host during our stay. The host is very friendly and proactive in communicating. If you are traveling to the Louisville area, I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. It truly felt like your home away from home.

The house and service were impeccable. The home was gorgeous and squeaky clean. The furnishings were high end. The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool was the best of any short term rental I've had. The neighborhood and surrounding g area were beautiful. Mindy was a great host from beginning to end. She was responsive, offered great activity suggestions and left a great welcome treat with fresh bread, eggs, milk, pancake mix with lots of goodies for pur 3 kids. The only thing to nitpick might be location. Everything is 15-20 minutes away at a minimum. We did not mind but it is something for guest to be aware of.

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The most well stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. Perfect home base while exploring distilleries of Louisville. Felt like coming home when returning to Jodie & Doug’s place. Norton Commons is a sweet neighborhood with plenty to offer all on its own. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay and within walking distance of the river and museums. Loved the little hidden bed, great use of space!

Perfect spot for our trip. sleeping accommodations were ideal, beds were comfy, house had everything we needed. Incredibly central, almost the entirety of downtown Louisville was within a 10-15 minute walk.

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Marshall’s place! He was very responsive. The apartment looked just like the photos. And we enjoyed walking around Jeffersonville. I would stay there again! It was the perfect place to stay for Derby weekend.

Perfect stay for our group of 10. The location is in the middle of downtown. Everything we did in Louisville was within walking distance. Inclusive of the Louisville Slugger Museum and numerous distilleries. Would highly recommend Amanda’s place to anyone considering a bourbon trail getaway!
