My sister, small dog, and I stayed at Lisa and Kevin’s place in Madison. We appreciated the fun decor, excellent location, and pet- friendly friendliness of their rental! We enjoyed our long weekend hiking at Clifty Falls and exploring downtown Madison. Would highly recommend!

This place was great! Exactly as described! The hosts were phenomenal. Very responsive to anything we needed. Tons of space inside, shower was bigger than we expected. The hot water lasted longer than we expected and 6 of us could shower every morning without ever running out. That was lovely! We wanted something unique, yet affordable for spring break with our family of 9. And this provided just that. We even found a geo cache on site just down the road. A few things to note, if you’re bringing kids. There are broken buildings in the surrounding area which means there’s lots of broken glass. Our immediate housing was clear though. Made for interesting exploration. There’s very little natural light which is great for sleeping. Not so great if you lose power. We had intense storms come through the area and lost power for almost 24 hours, but our hosts scrambled to help as much as they could. Even offered to refund our last night. Brought flash lights, and kept checking in. GREAT HOSTS

The place was even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the patio and fire put. The walkable location can’t be beat. It also had comfy beds and so many nice extras left by very accommodating and responsive hosts. We would definitely recommend staying here

This was our second stay at the Cozy Couch while in town visiting family. We enjoyed our stay. The home is so beautiful and clean and spacious. We love being able to travel with our dog. And the location allows us to walk everywhere, which we really enjoy. David is super responsive, even when tied up with his own holiday festivities, which we really appreciated. We can't wait to say again.

This home was very cute & felt like home! Sam was so sweet, helpful, and friendly!! We absolutely loved our stay here. The home had everything we needed. Beautiful creek runs in the back yard, and beautiful views all around! Easy to get to, a nice size yard to walk our dogs, and very clean. Quiet setting, was not bothered by any neighbors or noises. Sam was very responsive, and hosted us for a last minute trip, with no issues. This is the perfect home for a get away in Madison. We will definitely be back.

So nice, I’ve stayed twice! This is my second time in the bungalow and my second great experience! The bungalow is such a relaxing stay. We will see you again!

The place was just what we expected quit and peaceful. we have stayed there before so we already knew it was topnotch, Ashley and Donnie the entire bunch are fine people!

We absolutely loved staying here. Angela made it extremely easy to check in and was very hospitable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who stays in the area.

We were looking for a quiet weekend stay with our two kids for a quick getaway. Danessa’s place was perfect! The place was quiet, surrounded by trees, great hot tub, spacious living area for the kids to play, and comfy beds!

We loved staying at Angela’s place. The location was so convenient to walk to everything-we only used our car to go to Clifty Falls. Angela was a wonderful host and the fresh baked cookies and other treats were thoroughly enjoyed. We loved everything about the home-the comfortable bed, the high shower head, the fireplace…everything. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Madison, we will definitely stay here again!

What a great place. Would love to come back when it's warmer...that pond is amazing!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Driving up the main drive makes you feel like you're in the mountains! The surroundings are a dream. As soon as you step outside you can hear the birds, the stream flowing, and all that you want from nature. the home was well equipped and had everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen was breathtaking. Every room had a beautiful view! The owner was very responsive and was quick to address all our questions. The home is beautiful and great for a group! We enjoyed having a bonfire at the fire pit and just spending time on the decks with each other. Walking the property was gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

The cabin was just like the description. It was very clean and it felt just like home. It was so peaceful and quiet. I had a very nice stay with my family.

We loved staying here and it was the perfect location for our family Easter! I truly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and the owners! It was very clean and well appointed with anything you need and the owners were very accommodating and kind! They helped with a couple requests, including a pack and play and high chair. We were able to cook a large Easter dinner with the stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. The property is very serene with plenty of privacy and great options for hiking around. The location is also not too far to get to the grocery store and restaurants. Lastly, the pool table and hot tub were a hit! We highly recommend to stay here and know we will definitely be back for another stay!

We really, really enjoyed this property even though it rained & stormed every day. The view is so gorgeous! We actually enjoyed watching the storms out the large windows that overlook the property, the large pond and rolling hills. Watching the deer meandering around as they fed and the turkeys chasing each other was better than watching TV. This property is so peaceful. On nice days, there is lots to do as he says in the description…pontoon & paddle boat on the pond, a fire pit area, the hot tub, corn hole, comfortable deck, and just walking the property. The home was spotless and very comfortably appointed. We could not think of one thing we would have wanted that wasn’t already provided. So many towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple & there was plenty of room. Jim was very responsive from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. I’m sure anyone would love their stay.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed, it was so beautiful and peaceful. April was so helpful and made the process so easy. We will defintely be back multiple times!

Over the weekend my (now) husband and I decided to get married on this property and it was nothing short of perfect for us. The cabin is beautiful and they spared no expense to make it comfortable & luxurious. You can really tell how much love & thought went into the cabin. I'm usually begging for my own bed after being away from home and not once did I miss my usual comforts. The grounds are GORGEOUS & represent the most beautiful parts of Kentucky countryside. There is a cow & about 50 chickens on site & all of our guests went to say hi at some point. The property is so quiet (besides the birds and the occasional crowing of a rooster) and it was easy to take a deep breath and sigh in relief. Susan & Berard are the SWEETEST & so accommodating. They provided us with 30 chairs, tablecloths, napkins, a delicious veggie tray & fruit bowl, and 18 farm fresh eggs (in this economy?!). They made sure we had everything we needed & our wedding weekend was perfect thanks to their generosity.

The Cabin is a wonderful place for a peaceful and private get away. The large window frames beautiful trees, birds and sky. The only sounds were birds and the very, very occasional car driving by. I used the kitchen and it was well stocked and functional. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy. It is accessed by a wind-y uphill road, but it gave me no trouble at all.
