Was a great spot for the weekend! Pretty close to a lot of great restaurant and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

We highly recommend staying with Maureen. She was very responsive and friendly. The room was thoughtfully decorated meaning there was a sitting area, information on things to do locally, and plenty of space for the two of us. We attended a wedding and did not have much time for sightseeing but Maureen showed us some nearby areas that were beautiful. The area is quiet and shady with plenty of parking and conveniently located. Everything was as described. We'd stay here again.

We had to find a place to stay quickly due to an unplanned kitchen renovation, and this was perfect for our family with two small toddlers. The house had many of the essentials in the kitchen along with kid plates and utensils. Most importantly, the neighborhood was nice safe and The Airbnb was wonderfully clean and accommodating. This is a wonderful option for families or a smaller group as the rooms and bathrooms offer a lot of privacy. I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again. The hosts were very friendly easy to work with and responsive.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 9 nights and it felt like a home away from home. It looked like just the photos and was in a great location- very quiet but still an easy 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants in olde town! Would stay here again!

The stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. We stayed there as our plans changed last minute and needed a comfortable place to stay while in town. Vasundhara was very friendly and responsive she also helped us tour around town with many great suggestions. The place was welcoming and clean.

This is a brand new home with comfortable beds , linens, and well appointed . There is a walking trail right outside the front door. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths was a huge bonus giving everyone plenty of space . Michelle was very responsive and we will definitely stay here again.!

We had an incredible two-week stay at Stacy’s place! She’s an extremely thoughtful and detail-oriented host — from labeled light switches to a welcome book full of great local recommendations. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The loft was a perfect second space for working, working out, or relaxing, and all the TVs (living room, primary, and loft) were logged into streaming apps. The primary bathroom was a standout with heated mirrors, backlight options, great natural light, and a makeup station in the walk-in closet. We felt very safe in the quiet, walkable neighborhood, and the garage with keypad entry made things easy. Stacy was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever — we’d absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best AirBNB experiences I’ve had over the past few years - space was pristine and enjoyable to be in, location is great (if slightly car dependent), and we had a great time here.

This was the perfect place for our trip to Denver! Within 20 mins of everything we needed - restaurants, shops, Red Rocks, downtown, all of it! We felt right at home and we couldn’t have asked for a nice, clean, modern place for the weekend! Will definitely recommend and be back!

My family and I had a great time while staying at Guillermo's place. Lots of great extras like super soft blankets for couch and beds. Also fully stocked kitchen with lots of spices and cookware with some staples in the pantry. Great location for a base camp to explore the area. Also lots of wild bunnies in the cul de sac which were a fun surprise. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The host even put up a Christmas tree to make it more warm and inviting which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal—just a short car ride to great restaurants and shops. We also loved the quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free getaway. Super nice place. We very much enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was extremely roomy, clean, and comfortable. We also loved having a garage to park/get in/out of the snow. We will definitely stay there again next time in Lakewood.

Home away from home! We made ourselves to home and enjoyed the easy access to downtown Golden. The condo was very comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. I appreciated having parking right at the condo. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as walking trails and parks. Highly recommend and will definitely use again for our next visit!

Daniel’s place is in an amazing area! It’s very close to shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood is very quiet. Daniel was very helpful when needed and was responsive when we had questions. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I’m in the area. Great price for having the whole house to yourself. The home is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much! I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Arvada/Denver area.

Really loved my stay here! The space is super cute, cozy, and decorated beautifully — it felt very homey. The area is great too, really nice and peaceful. Just a few small things to keep in mind: you can’t adjust the temperature yourself, but the host is super quick to respond and will change it if you ask. Water pressure in the shower isn’t the best but totally fine, and since it’s a basement apartment, you can sometimes hear noise from upstairs. Also, the fireplace looks inviting but isn’t available for use (there’s a $150 fine if you light it, which wasn’t listed ahead of time). Overall though, an awesome stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
