Words cannot express how amazing of a visit we had! The home was impeccably clean and equally as lovely and thoughtfully decorated as shown in the photos. Mariela was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process and extremely helpful. We also had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everywhere in between. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough!

Beautiful home near the lake! We enjoyed our short visit. The surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside while sipping coffee or around the fire out in the evening

Very comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space for boat and truck inside the gate. State park is within walking distance. Great restaurants and stores in the area didnt have to travel far. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back for many more occasions.

Karla's cottage was quaint and cozy! It was a nice place to settle in after being in the sun all day working the Valero Reel Fishing Tournament. We slept so good! The beds were comfortable and Karla had everything available for us to use. Definitely will stay there again!

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

Very neat house that has a lodge feel. Plenty of sleeping area with comfortable beds. Great outdoor space for cooking, fire, and drinks. Convinient distance to the stump and Rayburn resort.

We enjoyed our stay and wished that it could have been longer. As we drove up, the long driveway, and saw the house we were a little surprised… it looked exactly like the pictures! I mean, sure it should but they never really do… until now. It is such a cool looking house. It really looks like a captain’s boat. And so nice on the inside! It has a nicely equipped kitchen and really nice dishes and silverware. We ate in and everything turned out great! After dinner, all 6 of us enjoyed our time sitting around the dinner table and into the night playing card games. We were able to check in early without a fee! It was a great Easter experience. We bought bottled water at a nice price at the Dollar General. We were given several restaurant recommendations, we tried the Burger Depot and were pleasantly surprised by both the reasonable prices and the quality of their menu. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We all slept well! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Our group of 4 was accommodated nicely. A group of 5-7 could easily stay. The home is like new and beautiful. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Recommend highly!

Great place for family or friends, we slept 6 men an 2 young adults comfortably. Good location, 1.3miles to Powell marina, with multiple boat ramps nearby. Plenty of room for 4 trucks with boats! Great Host, zero issues, will definitely stay again next winter!

The pictures were beautiful, but still did not capture how amazing and fabulous this place is. I did not want to leave so I booked another night. It is a great place to come for peace and solitude. It is also quaint and as remote as it is, you still have all the amenities that you would need. Laura was very friendly and responded immediately if I needed anything. I will definitely be coming back here all the time. I wish I could move in permanently.🤗 Also the balcony at the back of the cabin is amazing and you could just stay out there for hours. I never saw another human being while we were here.

I can't recommend this home enough. The host was very proactive and friendly. The kitchen was AMAZING. They had an induction stove, which means it heated and cooled super fast. There were plenty of board games to keep us occupied and a bluetooth speaker was even provided. We felt very safe with our young children there. The small bedroom with a daybed + trundle that was only accessible through the primary bedroom is ideal for little ones who still nap during the day, as it gets pitch black in there. We loved sipping coffee on the front porch and the location couldn't have been better. We can't wait to stay there again. I highly recommend it, especially for young families.
