We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

What a great getaway space! This little home was a perfect landing spot for our family. Beach access, clean pool, easy parking, elevator building—it hit the spot. Not just a clean condo, but with extra towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, it made our stay simple. We didn't have to think about a thing! Connie was SUPER responsive and helpful. We will definitely head back next year!

We had a great few days away at Carolyn’s place. Her place was clean and comfortable and had a wonderful balcony to enjoy the ocean views. We really liked making breakfast to enjoy on the balcony. It was in a great location, easy to walk to the shops and restaurants at Coligny beach (about 15 minutes). The beach out front was beautiful and the pool was wonderful too! Thanks for a lovely stay!

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful spring break with our kids here. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of four. It’s a great, central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Lane! Jessica is a fabulous host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The property is beautiful - extremely clean and the location was perfect! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is amazing! We were in town for our son's Marine Corps graduation from MCRD Parris Island. This home was convenient for traveling to the base each day. The home being pet friendly was very much appreciated and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs in the evenings. We enjoyed time with our family around the large kitchen island. The master bathroom and closet were absolutely luxurious! The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs as well. I would definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to the Beaufort area!

Our fam of 3 has been coming to HHI 3 of the last 4 years as a bday gift for our son to play golf & this was our first time staying in Sea Pines & it was a dream!!!💚 Quick to get anywhere & Carolina Place neighborhood🏘️ felt so safe & FT neighbors were so lovely when we’d see them. We’ve air bnb’d from BHB each time & they’re wonderful to work w! As usual they were v fast to reply to any message & always had an easy fix/answer. 📲 The house was just as described & pictured, but even prettier! The lagoon views are bigger than the full wall windows in the living room, just unreal serene!! 🥰 A hot tub was our 1 “must” this year & it was perfect- v clean, easy to use, & so pretty on that deck!! Dryer has steam function to unwrinkle clothes from packing too!🙏🏼 *Tip- Bed closest to full bath on 2nd floor was the comfiest. Loved binder on the tv stand owners made that had their bio & lots of recs from them + ones they collected from guests! 5/5🌟 would stay here again! Thank you!!!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

This was a special wonderful home with great amenities and a super host. What a great place clean and spacious ! We enjoyed the pool table etc and the clear instructions from Priscilla. Watching the turtles and ducks etc.were very entertaining! Highly recommend this special home between Savannah and Tybee Island. Recommend back river beach, AJs and Salt table Candy

This was the perfect place for our small family of 4. The location was perfect with quick access to the beach and across the street from coligny plaza. The pool was a bonus and the complex was well taken care of as was our condo. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a great stay. Condo was comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Was conveniently located though we were happy we had a car rental to get around. Only a 4-5 min drive to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants. Pool was nice and peaceful and very close to the unit.

Perfect size for a couple and baby, we rented a mini crib and were able to keep it in the hallway outside the bedroom, but it also fit at the base of the bed in the bedroom. Easy access to the pool, beach and to the Coligy shopping area using the bike paths.

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.

This place was clean and had a nice ocean view. The location is perfect, were able to walk to all for the downtown amenities and beach very easily too.
