Host and Home was an excellent host! There was an unforeseen issue with the home we had booked, and Host and Home ensured we got moved to another beautiful home where we had an excellent stay. They were very accommodating, proactive and responsive. I look forward to staying in other Host and Home properties in the future.

We had an amazing time at this rental! It looks even better in person than in the pictures. We really appreciated how the house was stocked with essentials like dish soap, paper towels, tin foil, etc…as well as nice dishes, appliances, and high quality pots and pans. Our kids loved the chess table and beach themed tic tac toe set. We all slept really well—comfortable beds and a quiet street. The outside pool area is really beautiful and peaceful. My daughter even said it was ‘paradise’. The house is in an excellent location. Even with young kids, we were able to easily walk to the beach and shops/restaurants…maybe 5 minutes. Finally, Justin was great to work with and was very accommodating. It’s a place we would definitely love to rent again…perfect all around!

Amazing house, just as shown in pictures and description. Was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of silverware, plates, glasses, etc in kitchens. Nicely decorated, lots of seating in home. Pool and hot tub heated as we requested for the addition fee. Only issue was the torn screens that allowed leaves to enter pool area and the pool. Had to constantly clean the pool out as leaves accumulate quickly. Elevator was not functioning upon arrival, but hosts quickly addressed this once we noticed them. Description of beach supplies that they provided not accurate. Only one beach chair, we assumed there would be at least 4-6 for us to use. There was one bike, could not use as missing a pedal. Overall a great home with just about everything we wanted. Super clean, plenty of towels. Hosts very responsive. For what we paid for home would have been nice to check in earlier than 4pm. Would stay here again, great home and great location.

We had a great stay! From the beginning, Nick was very responsive. Gave us great recommendations and restaurant options. We loved that this home was in the sea Pines community. It was very private and there’s so much to do. Definitely worth getting the pool and the hot tub heated. The first couple of days we had a couple of issues with the hot tub and the pool being heated, but Nick and Judy were so responsive and did everything to accommodate us and fix the problem. The house is very clean. And we even had cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which was nice. Would def come back!

This was a great house to stay for family reunion. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lots of bedrooms, each with a private bath, gave everyone a sense of privacy. The common areas were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet residential. It was literally three houses from the beach. The beach was wide, shallow with gentle waves, perfect for little ones. The hosts provided beach towels, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, wagons and sand toys for the kids. Ice cream, coffee shop, clothing and supermarket are within half mile walk. A disappointment with our stay was the rather exorbitant price they wanted to heat the pool, so we declined even though the week was rather cool. The spa attached to the pool was tiny and jets were non-functional. Normally I am used to communicating with hosts via Airbnb. In this case, they preferred their own hospitality app be used, so communication was a bit spotty back-and-forth initially. Once resolved, all went well

Great house with everything you need and a wonderful view off the back deck - such a great long weekend for our family and really enjoyed the area!

We had a fabulous day at this sweet guesthouse w our baby and small dog! It was so nice to have access to the club amenities nearby too. Ellen is remarkably responsive and helpful with all stages of planning.

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

This two bedroom condo is in a beautiful location with lots of amenities. Two pristine pools, golf, close to the beach, parks, restaurants and very family oriented. Truly something for everyone.

Ok where to begin?! My kids and I got to Hilton Head and our original Air B&B CANCELED OUR RESERVATION RIGHT BEFORE CHECK IN!!! So here I am stranded on 278 with 3 kids like “oh great. Now what?” (I was refunded from the other company/air b n b) but meanwhile I have three kids expecting a hot tub and Frosty Frog ASAP and we had booked a $500 thanksgiving dinner cruise and a $300 horse back trail ride for the week. I was able to get automatically approved for Anne’s condo- thank GOD!!! She called immediately thinking perhaps she overlooked something bc most owners don’t approve someone showing up in 30 minutes. She was apologetic that obviously the condo wasn’t cleaned and ready yet, but that was no problem! We went to dinner and came back after it was cleaned. We were so grateful she let us stay in a pinch!! Excellent location!! Older kids able to walk to town and shop on their own. Indoor pool and hot tub. 10/10 stars!!! Thanks Anne for saving the WEEK for us!!!!

It was the perfect spot for us and our children! We had a blast and hope to be back next year!

Great spot! Had everything we needed. Beautiful pool and easy beach access. We loved sitting on the outdoor patio watching pool / hot tub activity (from a distance). Fourth floor afforded us a nice view of the beach too! Lovely updated cabinets throughout kitchen and bathrooms. Found everything we needed in the kitchen. Furniture was practical and bed comfortable (we only used master). Very few negatives….one bathroom door was difficult to close and showers were a bit dated and water temperature a bit tricky to regulate.

We enjoyed staying here with our kids. It was a very easy walk to the beach, the pool, and Caligny.

We were so pleased with the Seacrest location. The 2-bedroom condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. I would stay there again in a ❤️beat! Island Time as our host was exceptional; they contacted us after a day’s stay to make sure everything was right, and again the day before checkout with easy instructions. I really could not have been more pleased with the whole vacation experience!
