Great little place to stay in Misquamicut beach! Super short walk to the town beach, and extremely convenient location for going to westerly or anywhere else in RI! Close to mystic/ Stonington also.

Nancy and Alyssa truly embraced the beach theme, creating an ideal retreat for anyone looking to escape the city and unwind. Nancy is a fantastic host who prioritizes guest comfort, and the thoughtful details in the decor and room amenities reflect that care. It's a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dan's place. Don't miss it! Dan and Ashley are the perfect hosts, and the apartment is a rare gem. First - Dan and Ashley. they made me feel like I have these perfect neighbors, who are there, with a smile, to help and support with everything I might need. The apartment is full of charm. It is beautifully restored and furnished, clean, and wisely equipped. A lot of thought was given to every small detail, and the result is really wonderful. We could (and did) easily entertain people for a festive dinner - cooked in the spacious kitchen, served dinner in the lovely dining room - the guests stayed for hours! The location is perfect: it is next to the Atheneum, close to Brown University, RISD, many restaurants and cafes, the river, downtown.

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Alexey was very communicative, understanding, & helpful with the many questions and changes I unfortunately ended up having to make with my reservation. The place was lovely. Would absolutely stay again!

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

I was in Providence for my 10 year college reunion and Michael’s place was perfect for it. I used to live on the same street. The place was amazing, lots of space. It was walkable to a lot of my old favorite places to go. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Providence

I had a wonderful extended stay at Qi’s place! The place was well furnished, clean and in a perfect location with off street parking. Qi was very helpful and communicated well during a snow storm!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a nice stay overall. The steps leading up to the apartment weren’t bad, but there were quite a few strong-scented plug-ins in both the hallway and the apartment itself. They were a bit overwhelming for our asthmatic lungs and allergies. We didn’t have any major issues during the stay, but the dryer wasn’t working properly—which we didn’t find out until we tried to do a quick load of the baby’s clothes right before check-out. The host sent someone up when we notified them, but unfortunately, there wasn’t time to get it fixed before we had to leave. Not the end of the world—we found a laundromat on the way home, and it gave us a chance to stretch our legs. A fun surprise was a parade that went right by the house—it was a great bonus and everyone enjoyed it! All in all, despite a couple of hiccups, we would definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Excellent location and great host! Recommendations in the guide were helpful and we enjoyed meals at some of the nearby eateries. This is a great central location - we walked almost everywhere and explored lots of different neighborhoods. Easy off-street parking too! Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Great stay!! Walkable to many restaurants and shops in downtown Newport! Hamilton was a fabulous host ~ proactive, friendly and attentive! The room was spacious, clean and quiet at night. The view of the fishing boats and ocean was a great perk! I highly recommend!

Clean, updated condo with an amazing location in the heart of Newport! Rodney was responsive to questions and there is also staff onsite
