Please note that because of the age of the home and it's location we operate on well water. We do provide bottled water and a brita system for our guests. If you are staying more than a few days, we recommend bringing your own water if well water is an issue.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Cottage 6 at Parkside Pymatuning

This Cottage is located at Parkside Cottages in Jamestown PA, next to the Pymatuning State Park & beautiful Lake Pymatuning. We are a family & community friendly space where great memories have been made for 60+ years. Our rustic cottages set along a horse shoe designed lot creates a unique community setting. There is a pavilion and a fire pit in the center common area, and a revamped Parkside Lounge room where friends and family can spend time when not enjoying the outdoors.

Cheerful 2-Bedroom Cabin

Built in the 1950s by my grandfather and three hired workmen. Today my grandmother still owns the cabin. The cabin sits among trees on a quiet road. Only minutes away are wineries and golfing, or stay on property and enjoy a woodsy view from the couch. WiFi and a smart TV are ready for use. To enter, the code for the key box is messaged to you a day before arrival. Water is from a well. It can have a sulphur smell. During the summer we are able to run a filtration system.

Bring your family/friends and enjoy a great getaway in the country. Enjoy family time i.e. sitting around the fire ring, listening to the musical night sounds, star gazing, playing pickle ball, or just doing whatever you like best. Jamestown, Gateway to the Pymatuning, is only 5 miles. If you enjoy fishing here's a great place to get your hook wet! Enjoy a stroll through Pymatuning Deer Park or feeding the tons of fish at Linesville Spillway!
