The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

The Llama House

Located half-way between Mathews and Gloucester on the beautiful North River with views of the Mobjack Bay, New Point Comfort Lighthouse and Gloucester Point. Eco-friendly cottage overlooks lake in mountains 1 BD w/ queen, ladder to sleeping loft w/ two twins, double futon in living-room. Bath with tub. Deck with charcoal grill. Only a few yards from water’s edge. Onsite walking trails with mountain bikes, canoes, and fishing. Family friendly! Pets welcome with additional $50 fee for the first pet, $25 for an additional pet. Wi-Fi in this cottage sometimes needs owner to reset. Near the Shenandoah National Park!

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, huge deck, and pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top of the line kitchen, cozy living room, and extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
