The best place ever ! It’s close to the supermarket, restaurants, the beach. The place it’s huge all of the area , every room has a lot of space , very clean , the view is amazing. Jessica help us with absolutely everything . We celebrate our wedding and she was always pending of our needs , great attitude, helping to decorate and even took pictures. I will definitely come back . The property is beautiful and 100% recommend it. We are more than happy because it was better than we expected.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. It had everything we needed (rooms for our kids, A/C, laundry, and plenty of space). The pool was perfect for moments we were home. The home is perfectly situated near Jaco beach (which our family frequented), and could be at playa Hermosa in a seconds. We loved our stay!

Casa Baru was a delight! A beautiful home, with great attention to detail. We loved the raw elements that decorated the home and the modern style. All bedrooms were very large and comfortable for our group. The pool was a highlight, being perfect to cool off in. Juan was so responsive and accommodating. Would love to return!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Very quiet and safe street. Just off main street. Appartment was clean and well equipped.

Jeff is incredible helpful and friendly! The rooms were as described, simple, and clean. The A/C worked great. We had 2 families spread across the 4 rooms and it worked well. Right on the beach. Can walk to local eateries or drive into Jaco for other needs. We used the kitchen to cook up breakfast which was convenient and cost-effective. The only thing I missed was a common air-conditioned space to gather since we were such a large group. We spent time and played games on the balcony but it was hot! The roosters were active at night but I thought of it as local ambiance :)

Wow, what a perfect place for a relaxing week at a beautiful beach! Easy access directly to the beach, lovely little pool for a dip without the saltwater and plenty of spots within walking distance (few restaurants on the beach, convenience store on the corner plus downtown is only a one mile away with tons of food, shopping, bars, pharmacy, etc). Great amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s home it was the perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. Only 1 hour away from Manuel Antonio and about 30 minutes from Jaco and 2 hours from SJO. Read description carefully because you might think you’re renting the entire house but it’s actually divided into 4 different suites and the common areas are shared along with the pool. This is all on the description of the listing it was just a minor oversight on my end but we ended up having an amazing time and are glad we stayed at Tracy’s home. Thank you for having us :)

Vista espectacular, piscina agradable, todo muy limpio, casa muy completa, a/c muy buenos. Excelente lugar, recomendado.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Leny was always responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone to stay there. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was always clean and warm. No complaints at all.

Beautiful condo in a great location. The beach was right across the road plenty of restaurants and shops. The property was great with 3 pools of various depths. Very safe with 24 hour security on site. Definitely a place I will return to and recommend to others.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

Steve and Shannon's place is a lovely villa above Playa Manta, which can be reached on foot by walking down a short, steep path. We could also walk to Playa Blanca either by a 10 minute walk on the road, or by walking south on Playa Manta at low tide. We enjoyed the beach club at Playa Blanca and its amenities. Steve and Shannon were gracious about answering basic questions about where to find things in the immediate area as we found our bearings the first couple days. We did almost all our own cooking. The BBQ is great. We especially enjoyed the farmers market Friday mornings in Jaco, the cooperative fish market in Tarcoles, and Cafe Jerah in Jaco. We would definitely go back and stay at this villa.

David's condo at The Palms was just what we were looking for- stunning ocean view, sound of the waves, complete privacy on the beautiful balcony and a very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Access to Croc's Casino and pool was a great added addition. The maintenance staff at the condo kept everything from the grounds to the pool pristine. David was a more than attentive host, replying to inquiries very quickly. We highly recommend this place and hope to return someday.

Thanks to the Gilbert for letting us to stay in his amazing house. The view from balconies and Terrance are amazing. Beds are very comfortable. the kitchen has all you need and more. I don't think it is walking distance to Playa Blanca, it is not a walking distance for everyone, but there are options to get there without a problem. Totally recommend !!!

this place is gorgeous and so peaceful. having full access to the resort next door was extremely convenient. security called us a taxi any time we needed and they were never more than 5 minutes away

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.
