I played chauffeur on this trip to a friend who recently had a stroke and could not travel long distances alone, so that he could attend a local ceremony for his brother. We needed a place to stay that was quiet, serene, and handicapped accessible. Michael's lodge was all that, and matched the photos in his listing to a tee. Beautiful lakeside grounds, complete with dock and a shoreline seating area with fire pit. I had the privilege of meeting Michael and his wife on arrival - they are friendly, very personable, polite, and extremely helpful - the best example of "southern hospitality" you could ask for. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys nature and the outdoors, especially if they enjoy fishing!

This extra special home had all we needed for a weekend getaway! The home is beautifully decorated and super clean. Lillie was a pleasure to communicate with & she always quickly responded to our questions. Thank you for making this home available, Lillie! We will be back!

We were in town for a family event and wanted a place where we could all stay together. The home had plenty of space for the 10 of us. We had a couple of questions come up during our stay and Amber was incredibly fast at responding and answering our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were very pleased. The place was very beautiful, quiet, tranquil, relaxing, spacious and very accommodating. We loved the screened in porch, fire pit and big yard space. We roasted marshmallows, cooked on the grill and played tag football in the yard. I was able to relax as well as enjoy conversations downstairs from my upstairs room. My room had a balcony overlooking the living room area. Marissa is an excellent host. She responds back very quickly. Thank you Marissa for sharing your beautiful place with my family and I. My grands thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We will be back! Thank you and be blessed!

This is a beautiful property and it is well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture. This is a pristine home that we enjoyed very much. Glenda was a gracious host and very easy to work with. Although the reason for our stay wasnt pleasant the home felt like a safe place to finalize my brothers estate. The surroundings were beautiful and it felt like home. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. My dog felt comfortable as well and this is definitely an animal friendly home. Pat Hanshew

Peaceful, private, and cozy. The hot water was great, having the laundry units is a plus, we fell in love with the "granny" vibe linen sheets (makes it feel homey).

Tammy’s home was just what we needed. In years past we always secured hotel rooms for our trips. Homes, however, are more affordable and allow me to have fewer chaperones. The weather didn’t cooperate, but we were only there for a place to sleep for two nights. Thank you for a clean environment and amazing water pressure!!

We were in town for a biannual event and found Mrs Holland's cute place! Arrived to brownies on the counter. :) The location was great, close to our event, and cute neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and blankets. Couldn't find the coffee mugs, but brought our own to go cups. Loved the gas range! Mrs Holland was very communicative and helpful. We didn't spend any time in Camden as we were at our event the entire two days we stayed, but the Country and Western is great if you're looking for a hearty meal. Or just stay in and cook on that beautiful range! But you'll have to do the dishes yourself as there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for us because we were mostly there to sleep, but its worth mentioning. Check out was easy-peasy. No cleaning, stripping of the beds or towels or anything. Just pack up your things and head out! Would recommend and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Kc's tiny self care cabin was beautiful! All the instructions were super clear and helpful. The interior of the of cabin is very cute and well decorated. We had to cut our trip a few days short but due to work nothing with the cabin. I would highly suggest this visit too anyone who's looking to take a second,relax, see some beautiful sunsets and sunrises ans get some peave!!

We were so blessed to stay here while visiting Freed Hardeman’s Making Music weekend! If you love antiques, historical homes, family time, rocking chairs, the beauty of God’s world, quiet surroundings and super comfortable beds, this is your place! Worth the 17 minute drive from town - hands-down. The Cox Cabin is a labor of love and so perfect for relaxing! I want to stay longer next time. The cabin has all the modern amenities you want but all the rustic charm of a true get away. Off the beaten path, but well lit drive and porch to find in the dark. The long kitchen table was perfect for our family to gather and visit (and play checkers!). The cabin was very clean, very comfortable, and we felt right at home. Go!

Had a great girls trip was an amazing time and not far from town at all

I'm not usually a review kind of girl, but this lodge went beyond what I was expecting. The photos show its beauty but I promise it's even more beautiful and pristine in person. They have quite literally every single one of your bases covered for ensuring your covered and comfortable! After a few change of plans, I ended up at the lodge just me and my dog and neither of us were short of entertainment once. Hands down my best Airbnb experience to date.

We spent our 11th anniversary here. The stay was perfect and we’ll definitely be returning next April.
