Super cute place and in a stellar location!!

This was my second time staying here for meetings in Atlanta and Decatur, and you can't beat the location. It's also very easy to find, get in and out of, and secure. Extra points for allowing me to travel with my dog and having a very convenient dog walking area. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable.

I loved this place! It was a nice little walk from the Airbnb to the center of Covington (15-20 minutes walk). The community is AMAZING so cute and peaceful. Everyone there is super friendly! The only “issue” I had was when I tried to work from home there. If you are planning on doing this, I suggest bringing your own hotspot because the wifi here can only support one streaming device at a time in order to not have buffering. I know that is not a necessity so that’s why it’s still 5 stars because this place is great!! But I did want to add that in case anyone else was wanting to work off the WiFi while you are there. :) This place is fantastic! I will 100% stay here again if this place is available the next time I go to Covington!

Such an awesome stay! It was one night that felt like home away from home. Extremely clean and SO CUTE! The jacuzzi tub was great. The area was great. The host even gave us a little gift basket with snacks! Highly recommend. Thanks Jackie!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was amazing. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The aquarium passes were an amazing plus for us and the kiddos. Would definitely stay again

Richard’s place was just what we needed for our stay. Great location to get in and out of downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from Downtown Decatur with excellent restaurants (highly recommend The Brick Store Pub and Deer & Dove). Private, quiet and clean. Staying at the artist’s home was quite a unique experience having an art gallery throughout the home. Also, when arriving back after our day we had fresh oranges in bag at the front door greeting us back. Thanks Richard! Will definitely be on our shortlist for future Atlanta visits.

Fantastic location and great little area. We stayed here a weekend for a music festival at Pullman Yards and it was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

This charming home provides a comfortable and convenient living space in a quiet neighborhood, with a spacious backyard perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The updated kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, while the living room offers plenty of natural light. Marsha is responsive to all my requests and has been very accommodating throughout our stay , making this a great rental option overall. I will be back. Thank you again

Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! Will was a great host! Very easy to communicate with and had quick response times when we needed assistance. The house had plenty of space to lounge and hangout. Will come back since it’s super close to our location for visit.

Our stay was great. Checking in was extremely easy especially with our last minute need for a place to stay.

Great stay , pictures were accurate. Area was quiet and easy to reach . Beds were comfortable and the home was clean and smelled wonderful. The bunk beds are for kids only , reason my 50 year old bones cried. Overall great stay in a great area, no real issues . I will definitely recommend as well as return .

Overall really happy staying here for a month, nice spacious place that is easy to walk to Edgewood MARTA station to get downtown. Traffic in this city is always busy. It is a little noisy with people walking by, trains and fire station next door, but you do get used to it pretty quick. My favorite place in little five points is Wrecking Bar -- great drinks, amazing food that I was not expecting. Overall I would recommend this place.

I wish i could give at least 10 stars for everything David did during our stay. He was extremely responsive and came to help us more than once when we had issues. Both of which were our fault lol. He genuinely went above and beyond for us with no hesitation and the place was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him and rent with him again if needed in the future.

Self Check-in was easy and connection to the WIFI was fast and reliable. Kitchen fully equipped and included a 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, and air-fryer. Loved the natural sky-lighting in the kitchen and the rain-shower in the bathroom! Quiet area close to local attractions and shopping. Walmart and Dunkin Donuts just down the street. 5-stars.

Travel for funeral, last minute booking. Very clean & spacious accommodated with are travels communicated efficiently & effectively. One update would be the shower faucet but overall still 5 stars would book again thank you

Shawn is the sweetest host ever. Very responsive in emails. if you don't respond, he will call you to make sure you're enjoying your stay LOL I will be recommending "Shawn Place" to anyone who needs an Airbnb in that location THANKS SHAWN

The place was very homey and comfortable. We loved staying there. Three improvements I would suggest. 1) It would have been very helpful to have a wall mounted mirror in both bedrooms near plug outlets so the women could dry and curl their hair and do their makeup and not tie up the bathroom while others needed to get ready. 2) You need to clean out the hair in the shower drain more frequently. We had to shower for a few minutes, turn the water off so it could drain then complete our shower all the while standing in water. GROSS!! My husband and brother took the drain cap off from the shower floor and cleaned out a ball of hair the size of an apple. That was so disgusting and not acceptable. 3) It would have been really nice to have some lawn chairs in the storage room so both units would have had enough chairs to sit on the porch together. Other than these few issues it was a great place to stay.
