This was such a great little place. The home itself was cozy, neat and quiet. The farm was such an added benefit! (Yes, we definitely fed the donkeys and sheep!!) Burgess Falls and Cummins Falls were less the 20min from the stay! Perfect little get away!

We had a great peaceful weekend here! Everything felt clean and fresh. It felt super homey and cozy. Not much to do around here but that’s exactly what I wanted to get away from the city and we didn’t need to leave the cabin!

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

This is our 4th stay at this home. Brad is an excellent host. Super nice and respectful. Brad has always responded quickly to any questions i may have. The home is a beautiful lake get away with privacy. A short easy stroll to the lakes edge. The home is always spotless and clean. Just always feels like home to my family. A great value for such a clean home. A good combination of lake and wildlife life and privacy. I won't stay anywhere else!!!!!

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

This is our third visit and we absolutely love being able to relax as a family. Nice closets, nice mattresses and pretty decor that is not cluttered. The hot tub and game room are not added features that we enjoy as a family. Christopher is friendly and when we managed to get locked out of a room was able to help us find the key and correct it immediately. As always we love this place and will return as soon as we can!

Shaun and Sarah’s place is an excellent place to stay and they were excellent hosts.

Jamie's listing was better than expected. The decor was so welcoming and had a wonderful nautical theme throughout. It was so nice to have a fiber outdoors area to grill out steaks and walk our pup. The area was so peaceful. The furnishings were so comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. All the little special touches Jamie added was great. I especially liked having the Keurig coffee maker and coffee in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves Thank you Jamie, for providing us with the perfect little getaway.

Wonderful stay. Everything was clean and as described. Stayed for a few days for a business trip. John was very helpful.

This home is a true gem! The view alone of the green pastures and landscape from the den alone are spectacular. The loft is very comfortable and spotless clean with amenities to make a stay perfect. Slept with fresh cool Tennessee air like a champ and started each day perfect while working in the area. Kevin and Stacie are awesome hosts that have created a unique accommodation. Friendly waves from neighbors and walks along the sidewalks of Main Street are a bonus. A comfortable space for a getaway anytime. We will be back! We loved the place so much that we're going to have a retreat there. The ambiance, the surroundings of forest and waterfalls at City Park were amazing. Lots of cool restaurants and things to do.

This Little Cabin in the Woods truly provides a ‘Genuine Decompress’ from daily pressures/anxieties. My friend and I look forward to this annual experience each year as we are repeat guests. Wendy & Ed are so gracious and accommodating. From baked treats on arrival to breakfast items, porch rockers and morning coffee to paddle boat and visitor guides. Comfortable, homey furnishings, beautiful serene surroundings. Not to mention the evening fireside chats if you are interested. They have nailed every detail needed for a very pleasant, enjoyable visit! Looking forward to many more!!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The house was very clean. The views were amazing. We loved sitting on the deck! The beds were so comfortable! The location is very private and peaceful. We visited 4 nearby state parks while we there and they were all an easy drive from the house. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. The Little Lake house was a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend! The location was quiet and we were able to unwind and relax. Entering the home, we were impressed by how spotless and clean the living space was. There were plenty of utensils, bathroom supplies, kitchen equipment etc. for us to use as well. The bedrooms were clean and had extra blankets to use out in the living space. Jeff and Jill were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or comments! I would recommend this home as there are a lot of nature trails/falls to visit surrounding the area. It’s a wonderful place to wind down and relax in where you can just sit outside and listen to nature!

We absolutely loved this little cabin! So cozy and peaceful. Also loved seeing the Bull, horses, and goats all nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

This was place was amazing! The hot tub out back was wonderful. The kitchen had every gadget, pot and pan you could want. The shower was heavenly. And the view! We sat for hours on the porch. Such a great time. Loved our stay! Beautiful home! We had a Ford escape all wheel drive and we had no issues with the driveway If you go into Smithville eat at Aces. The atmosphere is small town but the food is better than I’ve had in some NYC Michelin restaurants. We had the crab cakes, the steak, and scallop. Amazing FOOD! Also definitely drive over to burgess falls state park. So peaceful and such a pretty trail!

We had the most amazing stay in Burkesville! Our family of four, including our two little girls, absolutely loved it. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenities we could ask for -plus thoughtful extras like a coffee bar and the cutest s'more bar. The rural setting was peaceful and perfect for relaxing by the firepit and/or front and back sitting area! The kids had so much fun playing and exploring. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We made unforgettable memories here and cant wait to come back! The host, Kaywin, was the best and stayed in clear communication throughout the whole process!
