Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

The Shady Knoll

Relax and Unwind at this peaceful retreat. Near the Rogue River, this beautiful property is over an acre w/ lush green grass all around. Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Start your mornings with a delicious nespresso and enjoy the bird chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Close to TONS of outdoor fun!

The Get Away

Located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains is your "Get Away". The cabin is in the small town of Prospect. Just 40 min. to Crater Lake the cabin is complete with Central Heat/Air. Wood stove in Living Room (1 bun provided). The 900 sq. ft. cabin has 2 Bedrooms with Brand New Queen beds. Kitchen is fully stocked , New full size appliances. The Cabin sits back off the road with large front yard and has Horseshoe Pit & BBQ area with Picnic Table. Great for kids. Circular Driveway easy in & out.

In the mezzanine loft, find an organic queen bed and a workspace with a fold-out futon. Enjoy our wood fired hot tub, Wagner Creek trails, nearby wineries and the Shakespeare festival, offering a mix of nature’s beauty and local culture.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

A nature lovers retreat on the beautiful Rogue River. Watch osprey from the sprawling cedar deck, fish for salmon right on the river bank, or take a soak in the deep tub, this peaceful cabin you won't want to leave. Located half way between Grants pass and Medford with easy access to the 5 freeway, you can enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer. The cabin has one deluxe bathroom and one cozy bedroom that has a king size bed with a water view.

This enchanting 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom cottage is a centrally located and offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The sofa in the living room is a hide-a-bed which can sleep 2 additional people. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and more! For the safety and security of our guests, we do have an outdoor camera monitoring common areas.
