A beautiful, quiet place for a family getaway. The home was super clean with everything you need for a visit. Walk out the backyard and there's miles of hiking trails around the lake, which the boys and I explored every day. Easy drive into Ashland for meals and shopping. Enjoyed watching the wildlife and hearing the frogs at night from the back deck facing the lake. A great place and one I'd highly recommend. Owner was very responsive throughout the stay.

We had a great stay at the farm house. It was very comfortable and private. The host was very communicative. I had misread some of the details about accommodations, yet they were very flexible and helpful. All around a great stay. Highly recommend. I loved their dog.

The cabin was in a great location with beautiful snowy views. Close drive to a restaurant. Very peaceful, quiet area. Enjoyed watching the snow fall while in hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at Rebecca's place! Super friendly and flexible with checking in. The instructions were clear and helpful especially since the place was off the beaten track. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was great in the morning! The stars were especially spectacular at night, and the valley is a great view to wake up to.

What a incredible experience! My fiance and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and we are so happy that we did. The cabin was gorgeous(inside and out). It has all the modern amenities your heart could desire while still also holding that traditional cabin feel. It was very cozy and had very beautiful art work and artifacts through out. The kitchen is stocked with organic products(we appreciate that so much!!). We were also greeted with a lovely welcome basket that was stuffed full of different snacks , a very good bottle of wine and quail eggs. The view from the cabin of the lake and valley was gorgeous. We really enjoyed taking the row boat out on the lake and fishing, it was great having an entire lake to ourselves. We enjoyed walking around the lake and looking at all the cool rocks(agates, etc). There is so much to do here, we wish we would have more time to explore more of the property. Truly natures paradise. There is something for everyone here!

We had such an amazing Thanksgiving stay in the snow. The house and snow-covered outdoors was amazing and was such a magical place for our family to gather. Laurel and Blake were amazing, responsive hosts, especially during a holiday week. Blake quickly fixed a propane heater problem caused by the extreme weather and completely saved our Thanksgiving meal. We were so appreciative of their responsiveness and care, and would love to come back sometime in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Evan’s cabin. We love the location, the hot tub and the view of Mt Ashland! Evan is a very responsive host.
