We really enjoyed staying at Jay's townhouse in Sapphire Valley. It was such a comfortable, homey place to come back to each evening after a day of hiking. The townhouse is in a cozy, quiet location in close proximity to many of the waterfalls we wanted to see. The kitchen was well stocked with items needed for preparing supper meals in the evening. The upper and lower balconies had a view of the gentle river, which was lovely. There are stairs getting to the townhouse and inside the townhouse if stairs are a challenge. Jay did a fabulous job of communicating and sharing suggestions of places to visit during our stay. If the opportunity presents itself for us to return to Sapphire Valley, we would love to stay in Jay's townhouse again! Thank you, Jay, for helping make our stay a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay, the view was beautiful and the house was secluded and peaceful. Buddy was very helpful with instructions on getting up his driveway and was great with communication. The house was as described. Would stay there again!

This mountain home is an absolute gem! Beautifully designed and immaculately clean, it exceeded all of our expectations. The decor, including the thoughtful holiday touches, made it feel so warm and inviting. The setting is simply perfect—stunning winter mountain views and a fabulous deck where we could relax and take in the fresh air while listening to the soothing sounds of the river. Warmer weather would have been better :) It was ideal for our family vacation, of 6 adults and three little ones in tow. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the private areas allowed us to unwind comfortably. The indoor and outdoor fireplace added cozy touch, making our evenings truly special. Every detail was clearly thought of to ensure we felt welcome and at home. From the well-equipped kitchen to the extras that made our stay so comfortable, this place has it all. We all agreed this was the best Moutain Vacation home we’ve rented. We can’t wait to return—it was perfect! Thank you.

The house was perfect for us. We were very comfortable there. We loved the fireplace and had a fire most nights. The enclosed porch was nice for our small dog that loved sitting out there looking for squirrels!

We enjoyed our stay here, very quiet and peaceful area with responsive and friendly hosts. Definitely recommend!

Elizabeth’s place was absolutely perfect for us. We came up from Florida and spent our spring break there. Her kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The best part was the wonderful balconies and the fireplace in the evenings. We cannot recommend her place highly enough. She was immediately responsive to any of our questions and did her best to make sure that we were happy and comfortable.

Ken's place is a hidden gem! the view from the porch is incredible. such a peaceful place for morning coffee and the porch is large enough for our morning yoga. Great location - close to everything we needed yet peaceful. We were in town making arrangements for our daughter's wedding in January and I've recommended this property to our friends coming for the wedding. it will be perfect - everything needed and 5 minutes from the venue.

We had a great weekend trip at the Lazy Moss Cabin. The location, screened in porch, views of the lake, and cozy bed were some of our favorite parts. The extra touches for our pups were appreciated as well!
