The place was very spacious and the pictures represented the space well. Loved this place but there were a few things didn’t quite meet our expectations, listed below, and we were disappointed that the complimentary wine that wasn’t mentioned in the listing was no longer offered. They’re taking the following into consideration: 1. Downstairs bathtub was not clean 2. Lounge chairs outside were all dirty so we couldn’t use. Some better outdoor seating would’ve allowed us to enjoy the fire pit and deck. 3. Not enough seating into the kicking room for the size of our group. 4. Trash can was already full when. We checked in and smelled bad. 5. Not enough dishes/supplies in the kitchen. Pam spray and plastic or wooden Spatulas would’ve been nice instead of having to use metal on the pans. Very limited counter space in the bathrooms - needed shelves. 7. No side tables in living room and only one small table on one side of the bed. 8. Need a ceiling fan in the bedroom with the twin beds

It’s like staying with family! You drive down a long, private driveway with horses on either side. You’re welcomed with treats and a personal note which is a lovely touch. Carolyn and Neal were very active with all of our needs, extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay again, the property and home are absolutely beautiful!

Loved the upstairs portion was separated.

The stay was amazing! Tori was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed and more!! She always made sure if anything happened we could reach out!! The guesthouse was so cute and cozy my friends and I had a great stay!!

Perfect area to stay for a Georgia game. House was extremely clean and it made for a perfect girls weekend. Will plan to stay again at this location. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay ae we visited our son at UGA. I was impressed with how clean, comfortable, and inviting everything was. This place was thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised in how well-stocked the house was with essentials and toiletries. Plenty of extra blankets, board games to keep the kids busy. I was thankful I did not need to pack extras. The stay exceeded my expectations! I will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Jennifer thought of all the extras, and it was much appreciated. Added bonus- the kids had their own hang out space upstairs in a furnished second sitting area.

Beautiful home. Beds were comfortable. TV in front living space had no sound but we figured it out.

I enjoyed my stay & definitely will be booking this Airbnb again , it looks just like the pictures.

Thomas’s listening was beautiful. It was a short trip but very peaceful. The family enjoyed the pool, s’more by the fire pit, the game room and the short walks to the lake. The tall trees and view were amazing to wake up to. Definitely great place to stay with family.

The lake house is beautiful. Very private and peaceful. The house looks even better than the photos. Our children loved the pool. We are already planning to return some time this summer. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Ms. Carla was a great host she went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her apartment is exactly as described it was so beautiful. The kids loved the movie theatre. We had to stay here as our home was under construction and it was our home away from home. She was an amazing host and I would come back. I can not express enough how thankful I am for Ms. Carla.

It really was a nice place to stay for 2.5 days. I was here with my daughter as she was chosen to be part of the GMEA All-State full orchestra. Definitely would recommend Wendy’s unit if you need to stay in Athens for a day or two. Very responsive and engaged host, she’ll make sure you are set for whatever you need.

I have nothing but positive feedback on Jill's property. It exceeded our expectations in every category. We were looking for a place close to my nephew's house in Cornelia while also giving us some privacy. We loved being on the farm! The apartment had excellent privacy while the peacefulness and spaciousness of the property set the mood. There were lots of well thought out little surprises such as welcome snacks and drinks. Instructions on how to work things in the unit were very helpful. We enjoyed the cabinet of curiosities. Finally, having space for our two dogs plus a fully fenced front yard for them to roam was awesome. Getting to feed the goats, donkey and horses just put things over the top. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a super clean lodging close to Cornelia.

Beautiful new home. Very reasonable when traveling with my family of 4 couples. This is our second stay here and won’t be our last. Our elderly parents live in Toccoa so we will be visiting often. Any questions I’ve had they have responded super fast…sometimes immediately.

We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this one did not disappoint us in anyway. Very clean and close to many restaurants and Outlet malls with 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend visiting the County Park! I would highly recommend staying and visiting local bigger cities around. House was remodeled and everything was new and clean. Love how they added another bathroom and dining area. Great for families and ladies get aways. 10 out of 10

We wanted a place to relax and rest-up while in Gainesville for a race weekend. This house was very clean and located in a great neighbourhood…. Very quiet. We will try to rent it again when we comeback next year.

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

Richard was a wonderful host. He was super accommodating to our needs, the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

My husband, daughter, and I stayed multiple days and enjoyed it. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance to coffee, a couple of restaurants, and a little co-op. The house is small with one bathroom, so book with someone you’re fine being in close quarters with. Also, Jeff quickly responded when we had a question. Parking was safe and easy. We would definitely stay again!
