This family-friendly lake front cabin home is a charming and cozy retreat that offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and an ideal space to view the solar eclipse! Breathtaking views of the sky and private 13 acre lake! The cabin is located 8.5 miles from Batesville and 5 miles from Cave City. Outside there is plenty of room to entertain. Off-Road Park Access!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This house is right next door to the Greasy Bend Off-Road Park just south of Batesville. You can unload and drive directly into the park entrance. Great for a weekend of fun at the park. Has plenty of space for relaxing including a pool and a pool house. The house sits in the middle of 80 acres surrounded by cattle. The white river access at Salado creek is 1/4 mile away. Great for a kayak adventure!

This house is located in the heart of waterfowl heaven. Multiple public hunting areas with in a hours drive.
