Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Paolas Apartment. Die Sicht auf die Badebucht war einfach traumhaft. Die Terrasse bietet Sonne und Schatten ist geräumig und hat eine schöne gemauerte Grillstelle. Die Küche war gemütlich und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir fanden sogar eine Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln vor. Der Strand war über Treppenstufen schnell und einfach zu erreichen und dank der Vorsaison war nur wenig los. Die Badebucht ist wunderschön und eignet sich bestens zum Baden und Schnorcheln und ist der Ausgangspunkt für Taucher. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Daniela même si l’arrivée fut un peu chaotique avec notre GPS et le peu d’informations sur le lieu, qui se trouve dans la campagne. Daniela ne parle pas anglais, ce qui rendait les choses un peu plus compliquées. Mais, nous avons fini par trouver, c’est l’essentiel. A l’arrivée et à notre départ, Daniela nous a offert des spécialités culinaires siciliennes, qui étaient très bonnes et des fruits délicieux (mention spéciale pour les gâteaux aux amandes du dernier jour! ) L’endroit est paisible et au calme. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine d’autant que nous étions seuls dans la location, qui comprend deux autres appartements. Les lits sont très confortables. Bref, nous avons vraiment aimé ce lieu car nous étions tranquilles. Merci à Daniela pour sa gentillesse et son accueil

Alloggi stupendi, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort! Tre appartamenti con entrate indipendenti in un luogo spettacolare con vista mozzafiato immersi in un giardino molto bello. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piscina appena rifatta, non grandissima ma molto bella e raccolta da condividere con le persone con cui vai in vacanza. Adatto soprattuto a gruppi grandi di amici/familiari per goderti un relax da sogno.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Die Gastgeber, Chiara und Luca waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgeschieden mitten in den Feldern. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung abseits des Trubels in den Touristenhochburgen sucht, wird hier fündig. Nach Pesciera del Garda kann man wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad in circa 35 Minuten entlang des Mincio-Flusses fahren oder alternativ mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten. Wir haben von hier viele Fahrradtouren mit Kind(7) in die herrliche Umgebung und zum Gardsee gestartet. Einen Supermarkt und Restaurants gibt es im 5 Minuten(Auto) entfernten Monzambano. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles wie auf den Fotos im mediterranen Stil gehalten und gut klimatisiert. Die Austattung ist wie beschrieben .Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

appartement spacieux avec terrasse et balcon, clair bien exposé très calme, très bonne literie. il est à 20 minutes à pied du centre histoire et de la promenade en bord de mer sur anciennes fortifications. Lidl à 8 minutes à pied. excellent accueil de part d'Antonieta et Marco. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations sur les lieux à visiter les restaurants. Très réactifs avec beaucoup de convivialité et de gentillesse. Nous recommandons

Very spacious accommodation, beach is just across the road and there is an outdoor shower to wash on your return, Some beach toys (Parasol, inflatable mattresses, recliners and beach towels etc) were provided. Marcello was very helpful in recommending great places to go, boat trips, historic sights etc. This is a very traditional Italian speaking area, not everyone speaks English so It's a good opportunity to learn some Italian. People are very friendly and helpful everywhere we went. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is 2 mirror image apartments joined together, you have 2 kitchens. The roof terrace is huge, with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, sitting area and plenty or chairs, recliners and hammocks. the roof terrace has a great sea and mountain view, great for sunset. The beach is a beautiful long sandy beach, not crowded.

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

Wir haben uns im Haus und riesigem Garten sehr wohl gefühlt - für unsere 5 köpfige Familie war die Raumaufteilung perfekt. Im Oktober waren die Temperaturen sehr angenehm, die Ferienanlage, in der die Villa steht, war kaum besucht - die meisten Ferienhäuser waren ungenutzt. Dadurch war es sehr sehr ruhig - den Strand und die Sportanlagen (Tennis, Fußball, Volleyball, Basketball) konnten wir jederzeit allein nutzen. Einzig die Moskitos haben wir unterschätzt - es waren sehr viele und unsere Kinder waren trotz Mückenschutz übersäht von Stichen. Im Haus waren Mückenstecker - das hat etwas geholfen für die Nacht. Ansonsten ist die Gegend nur mit dem Auto zu erkunden - auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren zu dieser Jahreszeit (off Season) nur mit Auto erreichbar, da einiges schon geschlossen schien. Insgesamt ein schöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen!

Logement spacieux très propre et bien décoré. Le balcon vue mer est très appréciable. De la plage nous avons une très belle vue de scala dei turchei . Je recommande le logement de Fabrizio. Il nous a fait un très bon accueil.

Ho alloggiato una notte in questa casetta super accogliente, poiché mi trovavo in transito per un viaggio di lavoro. L’ho scelta principalmente per la possibilità di avere un posto auto privato, dettaglio molto importante per il mio spostamento. Sono stato accolto in maniera eccellente fin da subito: mi sono state fornite tutte le informazioni utili per trascorrere al meglio la notte. La casa è molto accogliente e la pulizia impeccabile. Una cosa che mi ha colpito particolarmente, facendomi sentire davvero “a casa”, è stata la decorazione pasquale: semplice, graziosa e curata nei dettagli. Sicuramente, se mi ritroverò a passare da quelle parti, saprò chi contattare! Grazie mille!🫶🏻❤️🌷🤗

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles wie erwartet :) Die größte Freude: Wirklich nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum sehr schönen Strand von San Giovanni. Danke auch an die herzliche Lucia, die uns vor Ort immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand :)

Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet in einer tollen Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war extrem sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter sind besonders freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Unser Urlaub hier war wirklich wunderbar! Das Airbnb hat eine absolut perfekte Lage, einen tollen Garten und alles, was man braucht! Das Bett ist groß und bequem und die Anweisungen waren sehr klar! Domenico hat immer sehr schnell auf meine Nachrichten reagiert, war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns problemlos extra Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Als unser Reifen platt war, hat er uns aus der Ferne unterstützt und uns blitzschnell einen Mechaniker empfohlen. Ich würde hier sofort wieder Urlaub machen!

Massimiliano e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi. Avevamo prenotato la casa per il finesettimana dell'8 dicembre da passare fuori, la casa ci ha fatto passare un bellissimo weekend

Credo che alla base di ogni viaggio debba esserci un nido confortevole dove rientrare e stare bene come quando si rientra a casa. Ringrazio Ornella per la disponibilità, cordialità,educazione e gentilezza. Ritorneremo.

로마 여행을 계획하며 여러 비앤비를 비교하고 고민하다가 결정했는데, 불필요한 고민이었어요. 여기에 묵으며 로마만 여행할 생각이라면 여행가방을 가볍게 해도 좋을것 같아요. 세탁기 겸 건조기, 섬유유연제, 세탁세제가 다 구비되어 있습니다. 또, 식빵, 두종류의잼, 누텔라 잼, 에스프레소머신(원두의 맛이 최고입니다.), 냉장고에는 콜라, 환타, 우유, 맥주 4병, 여러종류의 치즈와 버터가 준비되어 있었어요. 로마여행 시작 전에 매일 아침식사용으로 부족함이 없었습니다. 또 소금, 설탕, 오일, 후추, 주방도구들은 숙소에서 음식을 만들어 먹기에 충분했습니다. 식기세척기도 유용했구요~ 숙소의 청결도 호텔수준이었어요. 매일 수건 교체가 가능했고, 5박6일 중에 숙소청소는 원할때마다 해주셨습니다. 콜로세움을 매일 지나다닐 수 있고, 테라스에서 로마의 분위기를 만끽할 수도 있어요. 바티칸을 제외한 여러 관광지들은 모두 도보로 가능했습니다. 아. 늦은 체크인도 무료로 가능하고, 체크아웃후에도 무료로 짐을 맡아 주셨으니 참고하세요. 다시 로마를 가게 된다면 또 여기에 묵고싶습니다. 호텔보다 훨씬 좋았어요. 늘 친절하고 신속하게 궁금하거나 필요한 부분을 충족시켜준 호스트 덕분에 숙소가 더 좋게 느껴졌습니다. 또 가고싶네요. 숙소도, 로마도. 별5개가 아니라 10개, 100개 주고싶은 곳입니다. (굳이 숙박객이 준비해야 할 게 있다면, 샴푸,컨디셔너,폼클렌징, 치약,칫솔은 챙겨가세요. 욕실에는 샴푸겸바디워시만 제공됩니다.)

Tutto questo si riflette nell’armonia degli ambienti del suo appartamento, curato in ogni dettaglio, in modo da far sentire l’ospite come a casa propria. Il titolo per Alessandra dovrebbe essere “Mega Host”! Complimenti!

If you didn’t know Stefano was an architect, you’d know a few minutes after being inside his beautiful house. The attention to detail, usability, and quality of renovation on this historic structure was exceptional. The home has everything you need. For example, we traveled across Italy for 2 months and this was the only home with a clothes dryer we found. The location of the home is perfect both for strolling the historic center of Locorotondo and for excursions to the many local attractions like Alberobello, etc. Try to plan your visit to include the weekly Friday morning market which is just outside your door. Stefano was an unbelievable host. We had a rental car breakdown and he picked us up late at night in the countryside when no taxis were available. We were so appreciative to know he had our back in an emergency situation when we didn’t speak Italian. A huge thank you to Stefano for sharing his lovely home and going above and beyond for his guests.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Andrea, l’appartement est fonctionnel et spacieux, la salle de bain semble très récente. Le logement est idéalement placé par rapport au centre-ville, accessible en quelques minutes à pieds. Le bord du lac est à seulement quelques pas ! Le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la rue très passante juste en dessous de la fenêtre.

Dario's apartment and Dario himself are wonderful! The location is perfect as your base for exploring all of Roma. We loved drinking our morning coffee and tea on the balcony. As our first night in Italy after a transatlantic flight, we were so happy for the easy check-in, being able to close the window shutters to make dark the otherwise beautifully light interior, and for the very comfortable bed. Grazie, Dario---we hope to be back!
