Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Siamo stati 3 notti presso l’abitazione, l’host Pierrick è stato cordialissimo e super disponibile. La casa è stata perfetta e attrezzatissima sotto ogni punto di vista. Le 4 stanze erano comode e ben disposte. Il riscaldamento era ottimo. La jacuzi è una chicca non da poco! Un posto dove ritorneremmo volentieri.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Giovanni’s place is just charming and cozy. It has all the amenities that make your stay pleasant. He welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine, fruits and pastries. The apartment is in the old town of Monterosso, a walking distance to the train station, the beach, many good restaurants, the blue trail…Giovanni is very responsive to our questions. He is a really “ super host” . We had a wonderful stay in Cinque Terre, thanks to Giovanni!!!

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

Ett fantastiskt bra hus för mig och mina fyra barn och två respektive där alla fick plats i bekväma och rymliga sovrum med många badrum. Jag njöt av utsikten varje dag med bergen i ryggen och havet framför mig. Vackra blommor och fågelsång. Tips att köpa 3 eller 7 dagars kort som täcker regionen för att kunna ta tåg eller buss längs kusten. Vi turades om att bjuda på middag och äta tillsammans i huset varje kväll. En ljuvlig vistelse.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet hébergement bien optimisé et fonctionnel. Son plus bel atout est sa vue dégagée sur la Méditerranée qui a émerveillé notre séjour ! La climatisation est appréciable dans cette région où il fait très chaud. Valérie qui gère le logement est très professionnelle. Nous recommandons 🙂

Helena was a great host and the house was a perfect setting for our week end with beautiful views and outside the busy-ness of Nice. Helena was also flexible with check in and check out making our stay easier! Would definitely recommend

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa durante il ponte del primo maggio. La casa si trova in una posizione mozzafiato, isolata, per chi cerca momenti di puro relax e a pochi km da ristoranti e negozi. La casa è bellissima, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita, arredata con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. Camilla è una superhost, gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza e informazione.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Noura. Le logement est fidèle à la déscription de l'annonce et très propre. Nous avons particulierement apprécié son emplacement très près de la plage et tous les commerces sont à proximité, bus...etc. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le frère de Noura à notre arrivée comme à notre départ. A bientôt 🙂

This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

Wundervolle Unterkunft – Klare Empfehlung! Mein Aufenthalt in Francescas Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber und gemütlich, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Francesca war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin – herzlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich hier wohnen durfte, und habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt, und die Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft war einfach angenehm. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Francesca!
