We had a great stay at Eti & Toni's place. They were extremely kind, welcoming and helpful, and we got many good recommendations from them to the area. The appartment was nice and clean, exactly like the photos. A great view from the spacious balcony over the pool/garden and down over the bay/sea. The pool area and garden was also very beautiful and well-kept - we enjoyed just relaxing at the pool in the shade of the parasols. The house is halfway up a pretty steep hill so we did not walk down to the town or beach. But it was easy to park down there. The area is pretty touristic, but we did find some nice restaurants, both in Rabac and in Labin (on top of the hill - definitely worth a visit). We also found some nice small bays for snorkeling - just beware of the stony beaches - water shoes are recommended! There are plenty of things to do, eg. watersports. For groceries, I recommend Labin where there are large supermarkets. I would definitely recommend staying at Eti & Toni's!

Nevenka's place is very nice if you are a big group. We were a group of 16 people and we stay there comfortably. The house is well equipped with everything you might need. It's children friendly with a big garden with a small playground. The place is 15 minutes walk from the nearby beach and shops. The beach is quite popular for families with small kids. The water is shallow and warm and there are all sorts of entertainments. Prematura and Pula are just 15 minutes away by car. I definitely recommend this place for big families and groups!

Abbiamo trascorso un mese davvero piacevole alternando smartworking a weekend al mare insieme al nostro bimbo e ai nonni. Gli spazi della casa e la connessione internet sono stati perfetti per lavorare comodamente, mentre la posizione è ideale per raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Pola. La casa si trova in campagna, creando un'atmosfera incantevole, e anche se le stanze non sono molto grandi, ognuna ha il proprio bagno, permettendoci di stare in 6 in totale comodità. Inoltre è stato piacevole rilassarsi nel giardino spazioso e arieggiato anche durante le giornate più calde. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione di Divna all'ambiente, evidente nelle scelte sostenibili presenti nella casa: pannelli solari, l'uso di saponi solidi, prodotti bio e bagnodoccia in polvere per evitare sprechi di plastica. Check-in veloce e senza intoppi. Abbiamo apprezzato il tempo che Divna ha dedicato a raccontarci dettagli e aneddoti sulla casa, trasmettendoci il suo affetto per quel luogo.

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt bei Eti und Toni und konnten die Zeit von unserem Urlaub sehr genießen. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe und war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet sodass man auch für vier Personen problemlos kochen kann. Sehr gut war auch der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Unsere Anreise/Ankunft war sehr flexibel. Wir wurden persönlich ganz herzlich von den Beiden begrüßt. Bei Fragen konnten wir jede Zeit auf Eti und Toni zugehen. Beide sprechen gut englisch. Ganz toll und zu erwähnen ist auch der große Pool im Garten 💦 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder☀️☀️☀️

La Signora Nevenka è stata semplicemente fantastica. Gentile, super-disponibile e pronta a segnalarci gli eventi locali più interessanti. L'appartamento è semplice ma pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno nella splendida Istria.

Dee è un eccezionale host che ti dà molte indicazioni ed è molto disponibile per ogni esigenza, se può essere utile in qualsiasi modo cerca di esserlo. Veramente una bellissima esperienza.

We had a great stay at Vivian's place! The house is quite spatious so 9 of us felt really comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big living room. The house is positioned in the center of Roč, a small and charming village in the heart of Istria. There's a restaurant and a shop in Roč and there are appealing attractions near like Hum and Kotli. We didn't meet Vivian but the communication and check-in went smooth.

Wow we loved this Villa ;) Kristina was so warm and welcoming. The villa is very clear and stylish;) Everything you need. The pool and view are astounding- miss it already. There is lots to do locally - Kristina and her partner were very good at recommending restaurants and places to go. We are thinking already when will we go to Croatia next!!!!! Can’t speak more highly of this place… Thank you!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Location was quiet but could walk to local bars, restaurants and souvenir shops, if you don’t mind a few big hills on the way back up. The scenery was fab! There is a lack of any public transport/taxis in the location so a hire car is a must. I would most definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Das kleine Haus hat ein tolles Flair und der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich lädt sehr zum verweilen und Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung hat alle Ausstattungen die man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt am Haus der Vermieter, wir haben uns jedoch in keiner Weise gestört gefühlt. Die nötige Privatsphäre ist gegeben. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Vi var fire voksne, og huset fungerede perfekt, så man både kunne være sammen og have lidt alenetid.. Dejligt hus. Selvom poolen ikke er så stor, så nød vi, at det kun var vores. Værten er meget behjælpelig og han svarer meget hurtigt Kan varmt anbefales,

Amazing hosts and a great house surrounded by nature in a very quiet location without any houses around. The house has a beautiful garden with a view of the vineyard and is also very well equipped. The location near the main highway intersection of Istrian Y is perfect if you are going on trips around Istria by car.

Super Unterkunft, für 5 Personen war ausreichend Platz da. Top Restaurant direkt gegenüber mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Das Haus wie auch der Garten entsprachen absolut den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Der Whirlpool und Pool wurden täglich genutzt😎 Auch da alles einwandfrei sauber! Die Kommunikation mit Ana war unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit / freundlich. Wir haben viele Empfehlungen durch sie erhalten. Zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer und einer gepflegten Strandpromenade. Nach etwa 15 Minuten Spaziergang erreicht man ein Hafenstädtchen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Naturschutzgebieten, etc. Uns und unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir durften eine tolle Woche hier verbringen - gerne wieder☺️

Zlatko und seine Frau waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Auf Nachrichten reagierte er sehr schnell und Check-In/Out waren sehr flexibel gestaltbar. Vor Ort erhielten wir hilfreiche Tipps für leckere Restaurants, die besten Stränden und die schönsten Stadt-Spots. Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben und an Sauberkeit nichts auszusetzen. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack etwas hart, jedoch ist dies ja eine subjektive Meinung. Der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts an Ausstattung, die man fürs Kochen, Waschen, etc. benötigt. Porec ist vom Grundstück schnell erreichbar und es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, die Stadt mit einem Uber zu erreichen. Alles in Allem war der Urlaub sehr schön und das Air-BnB ist sehr empfehlenswert.

We were in the middle of a 5 week camping trip around Europe and needed a quiet place with ac for a break and this place was amazing. The pool was perfect for the kids and the views were amazing. Easy checkin and check out. Parking was a little tight for our large camper but any car will easily fit. The house is well equipped and the surrounding area is full of history. We would definitely stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ned, Violetta und Rina war einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von unseren Gastgebern begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Haus war makellos sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe, die man mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool sowie der gesamte Außenbereich! Ned war unglaublich hilfsbereit und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Er gab uns tolle Tipps für lokale Attraktionen und Restaurants, die unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher machten. Außerdem hat er uns mit seinem Boot mitgenommen und wir hatten einen tollen Ausflug! Die Liebe zum Detail und die Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!

We fell in love with Marina's place. The quiet town perched up on a hill has such a beautiful setting. The place was very new and had modern amenities. It was not far to coastal places to visit. Such a charming visit and hosted so lovingly by Marina and her husband.

A Hidden Gem! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! The location is perfect – secluded and private, yet within walking distance to the city. The nearby beaches are stunning and easily accessible. The place itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The bed feels like a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep every time. The cleanliness of the entire space is top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The host is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely keep coming back to this apartment. It's a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place. Nice and comfortable swimming pool, perfect shed with large table and large barbecue, and the top floor terrasse has a spectacular view over the Adriatic sea. The host is extremely friendly, punctual and easy to contact. Would recommend 100%.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Ljubinka gewesen. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt um den Strand fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, verfügt über ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen, ein großer Balkon mit tollem Meerblick. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es ist einfach alles da für einen wunderschönen Badeurlaub. Die Gastgeber sind ganz liebe Menschen und helfen bei Bedarft gerne. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Gastfreundlichkeit!
